Decent stay but not especially great value for the money
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were up and working well and was a good experience

Cons:

Lots of loud kids screaming and running around on floor above us. There were no pool towels (again). Breakfast staff person was rude and refused to provide more breakfast items stating "people just make a big mess, I'm not bringing anymore out".

Terrible. If it had not been dark when I arrived and pouring rain, I would have went somewhere else.
Pros:

The hot tub worked very well. The shower head was good.

Cons:

The first room they gave me had not been cleaned at all. Dirty towells on the floor of the bathroom, sheets all off the bed, garbage cans full. The second room they gave me the tile floors were all sticky, the carpet floors had crumbs and small debris scattered throughout. The remote for the tv did not work. I went to the desk, the girl went through five remotes before she found one that worked. The tv in the room did not work. The mattress was sunken in and lumpy on both sides. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. I was afraid to try the breakfast. I have stayed at several BW + hotels. This was by far the worst. I will not stay at another one except maybe the good ones I have already been to.

The room was very dirty, stink bugs were allover and it was nearly impossible to get towels in the room or at the pool.

Pros:

There was absolutely nothing I liked

Cons:

It was dirty, the mattress had springs sticking out and cut me open, there were ticks everywhere, sex straps under the couch, dirty tissues under the pillows, a semen stain on the sheet.

Room had torn chair and dirty ottoman, hot water in sink was cold don’t warm up. Half the equipment at breakfast didn’t work (waffle iron and juice machine). Put in a room next to the elevator - noisy.

Hotel was fine but is showing age and is in need of an update/refreshing.
Pros:

Very convenient location for what we needed.

Cons:

The hotel was over-run with families from a youth wrestling tournament. The first night kids were running up and down the halls until midnight, which the hotel had set as "quiet hours". Waaaaay to late at night for that and staff seemed uncaring about it. Yogurt machine, waffle iron and one of the coffee makers were all broken In the breakfast area.

Not great, but not the slums.
Pros:

Location of hotel was nice.

Cons:

Our room was not vacuumed and had pop corn on the floor. Not stocked for the amount of people we reserved for. You could hear everything in this hotel.

Nice hotel, modern, Lange, and despite a couple things, a very nice visit
Pros:

Clean, well kept up.

Cons:

Cleaning service expectably took all our towels and never replaced them. How to get dressed early in the morning to go down to get some.

If you show up early to the dinning room to grab coffee snif around for any food because you leave for work to early to benefit from the food you pay for,some unprofessional karen type kitchen staff will get in your face and run you out and threaten to call the cops on you and end result is your banned from hotel,to many other places to stay to be treated that way,very unprofessional
