Lots of sketchy people staying at this hotel. Location is ugly, pillows were uncomfortable, bed was stiff, TV remote was greasy, no hand soap in the rooms, non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, and the air was musty inside

It was disappointing
Pros:

Hotel would be easy to miss. I couldn't see the sign for it until we were at the entry. We decided to splurge and picked the suite even though there was only two of us. The "suite" only had two towels and two washcloths. The next morning we asked for additional towels and they quickly handed me another set. Apparently 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 bath towels is what you get with a suite. The floor felt damp and grimey. And I could feel the level of the floor drop when we went from the entry area to the bedroom. Also the floor creaked, the bed frame creaked, and the headboard too.
We actually decided to leave a day before we had planned, because we didn't want to endure another night

Pros:

The location and the staff were nice.

Cons:

It was filthy. So filthy. Food stains on counters and cupboards in room. Pull out couch had garbage under it and used bedding still on it. The room felt greasy.

I enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again, and the staff was the best part!
Pros:

I liked the space in the room, the pool and the sauna, the staff were just outstanding during my four day stay there the bed was extremely comfortable and I have a bad back, so it was nice not waking up in pain.

Cons:

The facilities need some work, the elevator was slow and made noise, the was a weird carpet smell in the carpet elevator, and there is not door stopper for the bathroom. I was trying to keep it open because I don't like closed in spaces.

Great value, overall pleasant experience.
Pros:

Spacious Room, acceptable breakfast, very responsive staff at breakfast

Cons:

Wifi not super-fast but acceptable. No luggage racks to set travel cases on.
