Everything was just fine. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great.
The kitchen was clean and nicely stocked. The bathroom area was it quite as clean as I would like it to be but it was acceptable. No complaints really
For a three night stay this suite was perfect. One suggestion though, two women sharing one mirror in the entire suite was a little difficult. Add a mirror in each bedroom please.
When we went to check in, it prepaid room had been rented so they upgraded us at no charge. Great staff and stress free stay.
Nice kitchenette in room
I loved the kitchen and comfort of the rooms
Don't get the rooms with pull out sofas, very uncomfortable old thin mattress ,had to get shampoo, and conditioner cause there was none ,body wash was empty too(I bring my own anyways ), not enough towels, phone didn't work and one of the air conditioner's wasn't blowing cold air.. only thing good was the guy at the front desk..
In Rochester for a grandkids birthday party. I mainly chose this hotel because of the kid friendly pool, which they loved. The room was clean and comfortable, but in need of an update. Breakfast was about average for most chains. The location was set off of the busy roads, so it was fairly quiet. Location to shopping/dining was good. I would definitely stay here again.

The AC/heater clanged all night, so poor sleeping experience. There was only one washcloth for 2 people. Did not use the kitchen area or pull-out. The bed was okay.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
Staff were very professional and friendly.
I really like the option of the suites and the pool hours were great for our young kids!
Fun time
The staff was amazing and made us feel at home during a very long stay for medical reasons. It was lovely to have a small kitchen, laundry facilities, breakfast and free shuttles to Mayo Clinic! Also, the pool and jacuzzi were a plus!

The suite was nice; we were here for 1 day for a bridal shower for my niece at the hotel we stayed. They could not accommodate us for changing clothes after the party so we didn’t have to drive home in fancy clothes.
