El capital humano el mejor activo
Pros:

Las instalaciónes y el espacio es excelente lo recomiendo, pero lo mejor fueron las personas de staff, primero nos en o tramos en la recepción con Ivy una Dominicana atenta amable y cordial que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo, y luego en el restaurante nos atendió Zoraya, de una manera fantástica, nos sentimos en un hotel de lujo, por su trato, amabilidad y deseo de atendernos de la mejor manera; estas dos mujeres son el mejor activo de este hotel! Volveré sin lugar a dudas!!!

Don’t go buy pictures. Make sure you read the room description.

I almost always use Marriott hotels and am a BonVoy member
Although this hotel is convenient and found the room to be clean and well-maintained. I was not happy with the front desk staff to start with at check-in. They did not have any kind of good personality or explain anything to me about the hotel. I had pre-checked in and all I did was give my key card point to the elevator.
When I got to my room, that was my biggest disappointment by choosing a room based on the picture as I always do, I look for a king guestroom with a couch
This was a king guestroom no couch
I stayed the night and when I was checking out in the morning the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant however, there was another woman standing there and quite snippily stated well you need to read the description of the room

I will tell you this is the first time I’ve booked a King room with a couch based on the photo that it didn’t happen so if you’re expecting a couch in your room, be sure to read the description carefully

Although I have to investigate this further, I just got something on my phone this morning about complementary breakfast, but it never came up before my stay and this hotel does have a restaurant so I don’t even understand what that was about but once again nobody explained anything to me check in
Does that mean I will not continue to use Marriott? I already have three rooms booked for next month.

Die Lage. Das war es dann aber schon.

Cons:

Von 7 Aufenthaltstagen hatten wir 3 Tage kaltes Wasser - somit unfreiwillige Eisduschen. 2 Tage gänzlich ohne Zimmerreinigung, wobei es eigentlich auch nichts ausmacht, denn von Reinigung kann hier keine Rede sein. Es wurde in 7 Tagen weder gesaugt, noch die Toilette gereinigt. Glasscherben von den Vorgängern lagen auf dem Teppich. Hier musste ich 2x reklamieren bis die Scherben beseitigt wurden. Nichts in der Minibar, die Heizung musste erstmals "repariert" werden - die erste Nacht durften wir bei 16 Grad Celsius verbringen. Möbel alt und beschädigt. 1 großer Fleck auf dem Teppich - der war so eingetrocknet, das klar war, dass gar nicht erst versucht worden ist, ihn zu beseitigen. Nette, gelbe Flecken auf dem Bett. WLAN nur gegen Gebühr war dann noch das i-Tüpfelchen.

Will most likely not stay here again. Should definitely recieve a refund for most of this stay because it was horrible!

Location to where we were going.

Cons:

We rented two rooms and our second room was not ready until later in the evening. I had to go back down and check in again to the second room.
The lady at the bar/restaurant charged us for someone else’s bill. Long wait for that also. Room had crumbs on floor and hair on towels. Toilet was really loud whenever it was flushed and they literally had our bed up against the elevator which made an earthquake sound every minute or two. No sleep

Not worth the price
Pros:

It was close to the mall

Cons:

Staff was ok, kinda blah. Room was dirty as well as the bathroom, sticky floor and hair in the shower. The nightstand wasn't wiped down and had strikes of junk on it. There was no big light. A very dim light when you walked in then you had to find another lamp which was also very dim. Bed as alright. Pillows sucked!

Lennetta was absolutely incredible and made our stay even better. Hotel was very clean. Lots of food options! We will be back again!
