Fantastic
Pros:

The beds were amazing, the staff incredible helpful and caring (we came from a very very bad previous experience), the place is gorgeous, clean, amazing envionment, great location and services.

Comfortable Hotel in London
Pros:

Great hotel! Rooms were well decorated and large. The beds were extremely comfortable. I was traveling with my grandson and the hotel had a scavenger hunt for children that was lots of fun! You can walk to The British Museum and it is close to several theaters.
