Five star stay with professional and welcoming staff
Pros:

The Rosewood was absolutely gorgeous. Rooms were lovely lots of space and amenities. The staff were excellent - friendly and profession - definitely went that extra mile to make us feel welcome.

An amazing hotel, I’m excited to come back to.
Pros:

The property and ammenities were all fantastic.
The staff were wonderful from before arrival to the very end of the stay everyone from the reception, concierge, door and cleaning staff were all so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit soft, but had we asked for plumper pillows I’m sure it could have been arranged.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy and awkward to change, but I should have listened more attentively when it was being explained to me!
