Outstanding
Pros:

Phenomenal property, the room was comfortable, cozy and quiet!

And, to a person, the staff ate outstanding, their hospitality is evident when you first arrive and they go out of their way to respond to any requests or questions during our stay!

Hotel was very old and very dirty.Not luxury hotel.The staff was very rude and scammers.They charged not mandatory service fee and donation to my credit card without any explanation as daily 40 Sterlin.We informed to booking.com and waiting back our payment.Otherwise we will sue to them.

Pleasant but scope for refinement.
Pros:

The location of the property is great, with ease of access to public transport and a short walk to west end amenities and Covent Garden. The staff were exceedingly helpful, and the facilities were plentiful and well maintained.

Cons:

I struggled with the amount of instances where fees were added. Having stayed at other Rosewood properties, I expected a resort fee. I was surprised that an included breakfast then had a service fee tagged on. I feel like things like that need to be built in under the “included” tag. Guests don’t want to feel nickel and dimed when they are starting at a luxury property, but I fear that my stay was edging close to that. Beyond that, there were some hardware bits that could have been tended to but no substantial complaint on that.
