Incrível, no melhor estilo londrino!
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso! Camas macias como nuvens! Café da manhã muito bom, pedido a lá carte. Equipe super atenciosa e educada.

Very nice hotel, clean & good location. Reception needs an immaculate accounting system.

Clean, good location, very expensive but good restaurants & bar.

Cons:

This was not my first stay and there has never been a time that the reception does not make a mistake in calculation. They are always very polite afterwards but this time a person had withdrawn 600 Pounds from my credit card ‘accidentally’ - because a she or he made a mistake in calculation - I had realised it since my bank informed me via sms and contacted the reception immediately. They sorted it out and reversed the process but the money will be in my account in 5-7 days…. Being sorry does not help in such situations...

Fab hotel, looked after by staff. Car parked for you and very freindly.
Pros:

Everything. Has a New York vibe. Bar and lounge area has separate priority entrance for hotel guests,as sometimes queues from general public into bar.
