Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel! We had a double bed suite and it was spacious with 2 bathrooms! Comfy beds, indoor pool and gym.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t included and no onsite parking.

Pros:

Amplias habitaciones en una ubicacion perfecta dentro del centro y a un paso del distrito de entretenimientos bricktown con mucha oferta gastronomica y de esparcimiento

Cons:

El desayuno de lunes a sabados no es buffet y la variedad de productos muy pobre para un hotel de la categoria que se precia. El hotel en general si bien esta en buenas condiciones denota la antiguedad en sus instalaciones

My favorite hotel for thunder games
Pros:

The location is perfect for thunder games, and there’s an incredible steakhouse next door. And of course this hotel is right next to brick town if you’re looking to go out after the games

Overall, it was a decent stay. Customer service is their best asset to get people to come back.

Its Cashless - I wasn't use to it...
Pros:

JT did an ok job as my Valet, although he might have mentioned the actual cost of the service, while John Early expeditiously took care of my luggage. Maintenance Matt quickly took care of the TV issues. Kenya is exemplary on the Front Desk. Now onto the minuses - Front Dest on check in could have reviewed my reservation and upgrade out loud. Don't know what happened on check out - I waited 3 days before requesting my folio. The new Thunder Arena construction just makes things that much more difficult. Had a fun time trying to find some grass for my service dog. But that is on me, after all its a downtown hotel. Oh yeah - you may want to bring cash for tips, if you use those QR codes you'll be paying taxes and fees.

This was our 3rd stay and it we once again enjoyed it.
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Great location. We love the pool area and the fact that it has a spa.
