Pros:

Class A property! Very enjoyable stay! Great location. Very clean and well maintained! Great value!! Will definitely be back!!

Pros:

No breakfast no coffee ice machine was broken hot tub and sauna both broken no parking available construction started a 6am. Jackhammer and cement work right out our window

The ad had stated free breakfast but they do not offer free breakfast. Reserved 1 adult and 3 kids and had the standard 2 towels ,it would be great if accommodations were made when the room is reserved.

Outdated stay with poor bathroom facilities
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and clean.
Room was spacious and had plenty of storage.

Cons:

Didn't like the bathroom overall. There was no trashcan, the door lock and handle was broken. The shower curtain did nothing to keep the water in the tub and so it flooded the bathroom floor. There was no chair at our desk and we were unable to adjust the A/C setting. The overall building and rooms are definitely outdated.

I was ripped off of 2 days room charges an no one will take responsibility can’t get management on the phone front desk

Cons:

Front desk customer service is terrible. I am owed a refund for 2 days since I checked out early and they keep giving the run around when I try to call an speak to someone about it.

Pros:

The restaurant had good food. Very good location, Bricktown was within walking distance.

Cons:

No cleaning service, requested it for the next day. It didn't happen. After a very long day, came back to room and I had to go back downstairs and ask them for towels since they didn't clean my room. No ice, despite ice machines on every floor. Again. had to go downstairs for them to get ice from the kitchen. Phone in room did not work the whole time we were there, they were told about it multiple times. They had a mini market with TV dinners, soda and water. One soda was 8 dollars, a candy bar was 6 dollars. I understand that hotels charge more, but that's ridiculous. For the price of this hotel, I was very disappointed.

Other than the elevator noise, it was really enjoyable.
Pros:

Very clean. Staff was amazing.

Cons:

There was an elevator that would squeak or “scream” anytime it was used. It was hard to fall asleep because of it.
