Pros:

The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good with lots of hot water.

Cons:

If breakfast is not included in your stay, it is overly expensive. There is no hot tub even though it is pictured.

Grand!!
Pros:

Location and the price of the room was reasonable!
I also liked being on the 13th floor and how the pool had colorful lights in it!!

Cons:

There was people letting their kids run around screaming and yelling!! Some was old enough to know better!! And the pool was packed!! And no hot tub!!

Blood and mold covered bathroom
Pros:

Blood on the wall and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Didn't realize it until I took a shower in the morning. I told the front staff at my checkout and showed him pictures. Seemed to brush me off like it wasn't a big deal when this is a massive health violation.

bar didn't stay open late, unsure what times breakfast was, tub was not very wide , made it difficult at time to turn around while showering because it felt you might slip since your feet were at an angle

Severely lacking in service
Pros:

LAME!!! Why would any hotel think it is appropriate and acceptable to tell guests NOT to call the front desk if there are any issues, but instead walk down to the front desk and ask them. Key card not working, had to walk down. Missing coffee pot, had to walk down. Was given a coffee pot not fully put back together and starting spraying water everywhere. Toilet handle not working, so the water wouldn't fill in the tank. Felt like I needed to wear shower shoes in the tub. Front desk staff was unfriendly and rude. The valet staff was very kind, helpful and prompt but the price of the valet was terrible. Bar, restaurant and attached cafe were never open the entire duration of our stay.

Overpriced
Pros:

Parking was daily, not nightly resulting in double the expected price. The facility was worn and dated. We chose the location for convenience. It was not worth it.
