The location for the price was nice but the hotel is severely outdated

Needs Major Renovation – Disappointing Experience
Pros:

This property is centrally located near the Paycom Center, and the lobby was clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The suite smelled like mold, carpets appeared water-damaged, outlets didn’t work, and the furniture was in poor condition. I haven’t stayed somewhere this run down in years. Only tolerable because we stayed just two nights.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Location was good

Cons:

Room was gross. Carpets were stained as was couch. I wouldn't even sit on couch it was so disgusting. There was a rust stain in the tub that I initially thought was blood. Also, this hotel has no parking.

Could have been better
Pros:

So over all from the time we got there the place was pleasant lobby elevator, got to the room what we thought and appeared to be clean was some type of pill on the floor. The next morning got up on the under sheet was what appeared to be like blood stain on the sheet

Pros:

If the room had been cleaner I would give 10 stars.
But the resturant gets 10 stars great service I will return.

Cons:

My room had a opened water bottle on the floor by a bed. And the bathroom floor wasn't clean.
Turned back the bed cover and white sheets had dark lint pieces..

Wyndham Grand – Disappointing Stay
Pros:

My experience at the Wyndham Grand was far from what I expected. The room felt neglected from the moment I walked in. The carpet was noticeably stained, the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, and the TV was outdated with only a handful of cable channels available. For a hotel carrying the “Grand” name, the quality just wasn’t there. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Frustrated no pickup at front desk.
Pros:

Reserved through 3rd party. Online Site. Reservation number was not helpful. with over 45 minutes of active calling no one could tell me what address is the parking garage, told me the wrong information, and no one picked up at the front desk. Frustrating to say the least.
