didnt eat breakfast staff was very helpful and rooms were clean
the refrigerator didnt work, the pool was cold and hot tub wasnt working, there was no ice on our floor

Comfy bed
Bathroom tiles grout dirty and there was hair left in the bath . Wall paper coming off too

We could actually use the pool
Couldn’t use the hot tub or sauna. Checking in staff wasn’t very friendly. We got put in a room that looked over active construction. Horrible view and the noise began early in the morning. The nighttime restaurant was closed and breakfast prices were outrageous. We like to stay in a nice downtown hotel in every city we travel. This was a very disappointing experience. It was very obvious management is poor.

The tub in our room was concave instead of flat, which made it very slippery.

The bed was comfortable. Entrance was beautiful.
They do not tell you that you have to pay $34 plus tax for valet parking as they do not have a place to park. Then your car is parked several blocks away. Breakfast was not included in the price. You cannot get free coffee. And out of four days they never once offered cleaning service or took out our trash or provided fresh towels.
Location was great. Breakfast was good.
The ice machines on floors 6, 7, 8 didn't work. I gave up and didn't try any other floors.

Rooms were a bit out dated most ice machines did'nt work on several floors,just thought for the price it could of been updated funiture to old not comfortable at all
