The lobby and room was clean however the rooms are dated w stains on carpet and slow drainage in showers. Pool was closed for maintenance so that was a bummer.

Stay across the road at the Sheraton
Pros:

The hotel was cheap and reasonably well located

Cons:

Despite advertising dry cleaning facilities the hotel does not have a service anymore and the staff seemed almost offended I asked.

Additionally the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and deep clean.

The room contained a sofa with multiple stains, the walls were severely scuffed and damaged, the bathroom had rust throughout.

Impossible to reach staff by phone, email, social media - unacceptable!
Pros:

Coming from the train station in the morning it is literally a block away! The location was perfect for me. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s impossible to reach front desk staff if you’ve booked through a third party like booking! I tried for three days right up until 4am the morning i arrived was the first time i was able to speak to someone. Even though the stay itself was fine, i was so stressed leading up to it that it really made for a disappointing experience. I tried by phone, email, bookings messenger, even their Instagram. No response!

Just Right
Pros:

We were only there for one night but it was just what we needed. Just a clean, quiet room to lay our heads for the night. Very happy with our stay.

Wouldn't stay here again.
Cons:

Found some sort of pill on the floor of our room which our daughter could've easily picked up and put in her mouth. Took it to management and they gave us 3 breakfast coupons. Hotel is decent but dated. Pool was under construction which when I booked online, it said it would be complete a few days before our stay but unfortunately was not and my daughter was disappointed.

REFUND SCAM
Pros:

The hotel’s refund policy is a scam. The trick you into paying extra for a fully refundable room. Then when you go to cancel, you are transferred to a different company—refundable.me, which cannot be reached by phone only email. Then you find out that you have to apply for a refund and that you can only qualify if your reason for cancellation falls under strict conditions. What’s more, you have to provide supporting documentation. This is apparently explained in the “fine print.” If you are approved for your refund, you must provide your banking information, and then I guess you just sit tight and hope they refund the full amount. It’s a complete scam.
