Pros:

Clean, but the men bathroom by the check in one of the urinals did not work, it would not flush and it was continually being used. It was a Terribly stink coming from the men bathroom all on the outside. I reported it to check-in, in my two day stay, they never fixed it. Want be staying there anymore.

It was okay.

I like that the front office staff was very welcoming and polite. I also like that when I did express a concern or complaint they did their best to try and resolve the problem

Cons:

I didn’t like that the first room we went to the door did not lock all the way. That’s a huge safety concern for me. And the hotel rooms were not clean the best. In the first room I was in the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while and the bathtub looked dirty. The second room was even worse than the first. The second room has hair up on the walls and calling from someone blow drying their hair. The bathroom mirror didn’t look like
It was wiped down. The floors has not been vacuumed properly.

The bed and pillows were good and hopefully clean.

Cons:

You see "100% smoke free" signs everywhere as well as the smell of a strong smoke! You should ask and push more than twice to get a towel. We got there before 2pm (check in time was 3) and they said we cannot check in because they are CLEANING. When he finally gave us ok after 30 min to check in, the room wasn't clear at all. The smoke detector was covered, I guess by the previous and they were CLEANING the room. You could see soaps in the bath tub. Do I need to say more?! Don't even ask me about breakfast...

Horrible Place
Pros:

The room was absolutely disgusting. I almost slept in my work truck instead. The bed wasn’t even made when I went into my room and the couch was completely stained and stunk and there was garbage all underneath it.

Disgusting, not worth the money, no pool do not stay

Do not stay here. Rooms are not clean at all. Our first room was disgusting. Gum stuck to the floor in the bathroom in 3 places with hair. Couch look like someone pissed on each seat. Every wall had some kind of splatter from different spills and liquids. They offered us another room and it reeked of cigarettes and was just as dirty as the other room. All the fixtures in the bathroom were dangling off the wall not safely secured. Also the room phone had cigarette burns all over the buttons. The pool and hot tub are out of order, no water in it. They have people living, not sure how they prices the charge a night is just criminal for what the facility looks like. The 4th floor is under construction and closed off. I guess they’d rather spend money fixing one floor instead of cleaning the other 3. Only one Ice machine worked on the second floor which leaks into the lobby in front on the front desk.Do not stay here not it’s not worth the money I’ve stayed at significantly cheaper places that this that were %100 times cleaner.

Overall, decent but don't expect too much.
Pros:

Good location for food and access to the freeway and downtown Milwaukee.

Cons:

The entrance lights in the room often didn't activate when I turned on the switch. They use older, compact fluorescent bulbs which sometimes didn't activate at all. In my second room, rm 226, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I tried to call the front desk but person on staff didn't pick up. I finally went down in person to ask for toilet paper and was able to get two rolls. Also, the shower curtain rod in room 226 was not properly attached. I had to move it several times before it was in a proper position so I could use the shower.

Next to Kopps, but smells like smoke
Pros:

Pros: Next to Kopps Frozen Custard, decent towels, hardworking front desk staff, breakfast is free

Cons: The lobby / hallways / rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, our first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room wouldn’t open, the 3rd room “only” smelled of smoke, the email address I was given for printing something didn’t seem to work, and the breakfast was the saddest free breakfast I have ever experienced. I will forego the free breakfast and excellent location in favor of something without cigarette smoke next time, and I will never take for granted having my room cleaned before I arrive.
