The wet paint on the tables, the key cards stopped working a extreme amount of times, the pool was not open and we were not informed etc...

Never even stayed the night, waiting on my refund
Pros:

Except for the manager, the rest of the staff was trying to be helpful.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned after the last tenant. Old bed sheets and pillows were on the bedroom floor, no towels in the restroom, the TVs were unplugged for some reason, the loveseat was missing and the only lights that worked were in the restroom. Very disappointing

The bed was ok. That’s about it☹️
Pros:

We wanted to use the pool? But it wasn’t filled. Plus we were charged 25 dollars for an early check in! The room was ready Why was there a charge!! The room definitely needed help The carpet was filthy,bad smoke smell (even if it was a smoke free place!). The list could go on

Just the location alot of shops and stores

Cons:

Worst room ever carpet was so nasty couch in room was dirty with so many stains in holes couldn't believe they still had that in the room tv was broke covers was dirty I dont know if my room was somebody personal room but that's how it felt I didn't even stay i checked out right away they didn't even try to make things better I traveled from Arizona to milwaukee I could had slept in the car how that room looked very disappointed pictures online didn't look nothing like what my room looked like
