Extremely disappointing and we will be needed a full refund.
Cons:

There were three live roaches crawling around the room entry way when we walked inside. We immediately turned around and made the long drive home instead. We spoke to the front desk and they told us to file through you for a refund. I emailed booking.com yesterday please let me know if there are any other steps we need to take.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas la atencion tambien y ubicacion del hotel excelente cerca de muchos comercios y gasolinera

Cons:

Lamentablemente el area de la piscina es buena pero no se encontraba habilitada se encontraba a la mitad el agua y no se pudo usar en relacion al desayuno el cafe salia con un sabor a recalentado o quemado no habia muchas opciones para desayunar como huevo tocino solo panke
