Great staff! The front desk staff was excellent. I can't imagine me having that much patience dealing with check-ins, answering phones and scheduling airport shuttles, all seemingly happening at the same time. Great energy and atttitude.

Cons:

Nothing. Basic hotel that was perfect place for our park and fly adventure.

The elevator just so happened to be down during our stay and we were not told ahead of time until we arrived.

Would not recommend.
Cons:

First impression of lobby and check in was not good. Dark, drab, shabby. Desk clerk was nice. Elevator was broken, so the two us, in our 70s, had to carry 3 bags and 2 backpacks up 2 flights, then back down the next morning. No discount for that.. TV remote broken. Fridge barely cool. Room needs an update. Shabby.
