It met our needs as a stopping point on our trip.
Pros:

Location. Room on the first floor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Room was dirty and dusty, food crumbs on table by bed. Toilet looked like it had been used and not cleaned. The toilet had little water pressure. Disappointed considering the price we were charged for the room. The fire alarm going off the next morning was frightening when none of the staff members we encountered seemed to care, or offer reassurance that we were not in danger

The lady in dining area was very polite and friendly
Always had a pleasant greeting
The clerk who checked us in was also very polite (African American gentleman)

Cons:

No elevator.. especially for people with health issues
I had a hard time walking upstairs

Make sure you’re getting the best deal available in the area.
Pros:

The last time I stayed here, about 8 months ago, I liked it better.

The sofa and other King Room size and everything is very comfortable.

Cons:

Elevator was down.
The stairs were dirty.
The bed was too soft.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Peoria. My kids wanted to come back to this hotel again.

My stay was ok…no one asked me about my stay. The wrong was not clean.
Pros:

It was an ok location

Cons:

There was a large bug in the ceiling…it was dead. The elevator was non functioning and I was in the 4th floor. The sheets had spots on them. And there was no non pork items for breakfast

Not happy at this point.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The elevator was not working so only way to get to our room on fourth floor was via stairs. I was charged $100 security deposit for any damages, told it would be reimbursed. It has not. The hotel is very, very dated.

The elevator wasn't working, and the door of my room didn't close automatically. It had to be pushed closed, the room was dingy, some light bulbs were out, the shampoo bottle, conditioner, and soap was so so small, smaller than travel sizes, barely enough to wash my long hair. It smelled musty or moldy in the room and the stairwell (where I had to drag my bags upstairs). In the morning, no one was at the desk, and I had to phone the front desk 5 times before an employee showed up. I won't be staying there again.
