It'll do the job and I'd recommend it for a short stay but I'd pass if staying more than one night.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out was smooth and painless. Parking was easy and the location was great.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely musty. Despite setting the air conditioning to 65 and running it on high it always felt gross and humid in our room and smelled like stale smoke and mildew. Our friends stayed in another room and their window was actively leaking and they had to switch rooms. The pillows were lumpy. It just didn't feel like a reprieve from the outdoors.

Cons:

Water leaked into our room during the rain. Many rooms were musty and humid. Everything was damp. Our bathroom fan didn’t work either. One of the beds had stains on the comforter

Room menus. I did get some from the front desk but had to go back because restaurants were closed...too late. The staff then made a referral which worked out fine.

During My Stay Everyone Was Very Welcoming All Except One Encounter Lady Behind Desk Seem To Have Attitude Issue That Saturday Morning During Breakfast When I Ask A Question So I Just Didn’t Come Back Down Until Time For Me To Go Somewhere However All Was Well From That Point On Because I Never Had To Encountered Her Again After That So My Stay Survived Beyond Her One Bad Apple Can Spoil The Bunch

Cleaning the rooms would have provided a better stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. And the staff was friendly. Location was excellent.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Under the mattress for the fold away bed, was crumbs and wrappers. Had to call to the front desk to have them come up and clean it. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of weeks.

It was one of the worst I have experienced in my extensive travels. A bad experience at any price.

Breakfast - Marginally ok. Check in - easy. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Just about everything. Depressing rooms, no working WiFi in rooms. TV kept locking up - unwatchable. Windows leaked rain. Rude general manager that didn't keep her word. See my Google review for details, since you don't want them here.
