The breakfast could have been better & the room could've been cleaner.
Front desk person was awesome!!! Very welcoming and friendly! Very clean hotel! Close to everything. We will stay again.
Only wish breakfast was open till 10 instead of 9.
Staff and management are not holding responsibility for bad service - noticed room was full of condensation after we checked in late night, but then noticed room still having condensation in the morning - floors are wet and sweating unable to walk. I have complained front desk in the morning and then reminded an hour later, due to no response I then walked over to front desk and discussed with manager. Manager was acting like he was reviewing the problem in the backend and no communication to me and did not offer room change or credit back for bad service, I have checked out hotel disappointed and no one was showing responsibility for bad service, this is the bad service anyone ever could experience.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting West Lafayette.
Room was spacious and clean.
I stayed for 3 days and each day housekeeping knocked on the door at 9a.m. even though the "me sign" or privacy dnd sign was on door. Housekeeping staff seem to have a language barrier.
On 2nd day guest w children were right above me. Kids running jumping. I took the liberty of calling the room above me. The guest was apologetic and the running stomping stopped.

Pool was not clean. A lot of hair in the water
It has an enclosed pool area, front desk staff was great and helpful.
Pool was green and looked dirty the two days I was there. There were stains on bed cover (which was requested to be changed and wasn’t) food stuck to floor, fresh spilled coffee in desk drawer.
The people working were amazing!

The location is good and the beds were comfortable. Reminded me of the Hampton inn beds. Friendly staff.
