Horrible!! Never again!
Pros:

Savanna and Jake were really good and sweet and tried to help with whatever their was some other woman that worked front desk that wasn’t to nice nor tried to resolve or help anything!

Cons:

The elevators were broke which mean we had to pack Our stuff all the way up to the 3rd floor and my 65 yr old mother was with us. Which we were told that they haven’t even tried to fix the elevator after months being down. The fold out couch was disgusting underneath it had pillows already folded up in it that never got
Removed. The springs were broken in the mattress and it was miserable to sleep on then along with that they had no more pillows or comforters to give to us which should have already been in the room so we had nothing to sleep with on that horrible mattress. For zero sleep and paid almost $300 a night. The bathtub was nasty with dirt coming out the sides the rags was old and filthy need most def need to be thrown and get new ones!!!
I would recommend that they need to shut down and don’t rent out anymore
Rooms until they get stuff fixed and remodeled!!!!

Elevator was. Not working….wasnt working couple weeks ago either….unacceptable
Ice machine on bottom floor not working……again
Had 3 different families in my group…..started out a disaster ,unable to do rooms on 1st floor…at first…
Lady at front desk did a wonderful job of placing us all on first floor…..she was extremely nice and did accommodate us.
Will be returning to that area but uncles problems aren’t addressed,won’t be staying there

Staff was nice and coffee was hot.

Cons:

Decor of the room was not so attractive. Not enough towels in the room for at least two showers in a day. Also towels were stained, dingy and worn. Had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. price was high. Fan in bathroom was loud

It sucked.
Pros:

Nothing, even looked at what it would take to get out of hotel without loosing money

Cons:

Elevator and ice machine were broken. Room door was stiff and misaligned. Hard to open and close. Bathroom door could not close all the way because it was misaligned. Beds and pillows uncomfortable and bed was too small. Quality of hotel was not disclosed and did not look like any repairs would happen anytime soon for the entire hotel. Rooms smelled, actually bought air freshener. Didn't eat the breakfast due to cleanliness.
