Glad we were just there overnight! We would have been looking for accommodations elsewhere!
Pros:

Breakfast was scarce…. Empty bread shelves …. No choices for bread of any kind??? The small refridge was empty except for butter… There was no one there to refill anything the whole time we sat in lobby area.
In the room the small containers of shampoo, body lotion had already been used half empty or less… not a new container. Disgusting!! I didn’t want to touch anything else in the room after saw those had not been changed out.
Lamp by bed would not come on and my husband had to find the cord behind the mattress and fix. Plug all bent so not in outlet.
Elevator out of order!
Ice maker down stairs out of order!
We will NOT be back!

Cons:

Clean up the room! New toiletries… not already used containers!!!!
Everything should be in working order…..elevator, ice maker on first floor, lamp in room…..
Sparse menu options at breakfast…. No bread even out when we were there!
Empty refridg in breakfast room.. What was supposed to be there… we will never know! No one there when we were in that area to restock anything.

Very overpriced for condition of hotel.
Pros:

The desk clerk Jessica was very nice and helpful

Cons:

No hairdryer ( had to request one) TV did not work ( they replaced it) small pillows , thin towels. Dated furnishings.

It was not worth what I paid for it!
Pros:

I like the location and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

When I went in my original room, the toilet did not work. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and it didn’t work. I had to call from my cell and she moved us to a different room. Once we got in a different room, I noticed that the shower is in horrible condition (the wall is peeling off). There is rust on the lamps. During the night, the air conditioner started making noises and it sounded like a leaf blower.

Pros:

Candy was very friendly and patient with me at check in. She did her best to accommodate my request.

Cons:

The morning we were leaving housekeeping kept knocking on the door. We felt rushed to hurry up and leave. Also we had 4 people in our room and only 3 towels and 2 wash cloths. We asked for 2 additional washcloths and one extra towel so everyone would have their own. Our request was denied by housekeeping. The beds were not very comfortable. The mattress seemed hard and the pillows were horrible. They were very small.

I didnt sleep well due to the smell and bed covering.
Cons:

The room smelled like mold and the shower was very dirty or stain that it looked very unsanitary. The bed covers smelled old and wet.
