Wyndham should be ashamed of this property. I think less highly of them now
Pros:

Not exaggerating. By far the worst hotel,I’ve stayed in. I have the pictures to prove it. Based upon your score of 8.2 Good. We thought it would be good. I’m filing a complaint directly with Wyndham. I seek nothing out of it. I just want them to know the dreadful conditions at this property. It should be shut down.

Cons:

Filthy, stains everywhere. Not vacuumed in ages. Trash overflowing in receptacles no drain plugs in shower or sink. Wife’s pendant went down the drain. Indifferent manager. Paint peeling. I took about 20,pictures. You need to see this. Bright lights shinning into room no curtains nor blackout shade. Breakfast host had her baby with her the whole time while retrying to service. We felt sorry for her. She was doing the best she could. Breakfast was terrible.

Comfortable beds but I won’t be back!

The location is great and the staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Property had cleaning equipment like carpet cleaners and vacuums exposed in the back entry and hallways as well as open “employees only” closets with cleaning supplies, etc. open creating an unsavory environment. Hotel needs to be updated. Old fixtures, chipping paint, as well as standard missing hygiene products. Absolutely at fault of the owners and lack of guidance for the staff.

The front desk employee on 5/1. I had resigned in. Made us do it again. I had asked for a cot. She didn't understand. Then said they didn't have one. Asked for maintenance. 4 hours later, the front desk clerk comes up and sticks her hand in the toilet. She complained about our toilet use.

Not a lot

Cons:

The air unit was absolutely disgusting. There was a great deal of mold in the unit, there was no lighting in the room either. The floor had several stains. The staff member was very unprofessional while on the phone checking us in.

everything was fine other than the fact that we called to see if there was truck parking for a semi, and we were told there was and when the drivers got there, there was not which was a huge inconvenience

Cons:

Paper thin walls, we could hear every word of every conversation at the front desk and in the lobby all night long. Also the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty in the shower!

I have been to worst but it’s decent to rest.
Pros:

I like the beds & the customer service. He was very receiving to the information & wrote it down to put an order in. A little variety of breakfast.

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom. The tub was not draining. Shower curtain very dirty. The pressure was not as high but descent. One side of the wall the sockets didn’t work. It was hot in the hallway.

Pros:

The location is nice.

Cons:

My wife left her glasses in the room after check-out. I called to see if they were left in the room. The desk attendant claims that no one found them. We know they were left in the room because that was the last place we saw them. The glasses were prescribed and very expensive.
