The accessible bathroom was great
Breakfast was great
Man at desk was not helpful or cared about what I asked about
Clean the place up the whole place smells damp and smells like mold, mold spots on ceilings dust and dirt everywhere
Great location and a really good breakfast. The place is fairly quiet as well. This hotel has potential after some renovations. They are working on it.
A dated room with a few small cosmetic issues.
I booked a king room with a spa and was made aware upon arrival that they didn’t have any king rooms with spa available anymore
Staff
Nothing
I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was by far my worst hotel experience. I’ve been on the road for a long time and have stayed at many hotels, so I believe I can judge this experience fairly.
First, the hotel was extremely crowded and was probably hosting an event beyond its capacity. There was no available parking, and we were told to park in the AMC parking lot instead.
The carpet was disgusting (see photo). There was no shower gel or shampoo in the room, and there weren’t enough towels for two people. We had to go downstairs to the reception desk to pick up the missing items ourselves.
Breakfast was also very crowded, and the food did not seem sanitary. I even spotted a bug in the bread area.
I honestly don’t know how this hotel has such a high rating. Maybe other guests had different expectations or a different experience than we did. Even the photos online do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel.
Overall, this hotel was not worth the money at all. I’ve had much better experiences with other hotels in this hotel chain, so this stay was very disappointing. A total waste of money.
I had a nice stay at the Country Inn & Suites. The staff was very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean and comfortable, though I wish it had a bit more lighting. The breakfast was satisfying, and I loved the fresh fruit. Would recommend it for a short stay.
Kinda creepy
Bad lighting
The location was the only good thing.
The guy working the front desk was just plain rude & unhelpful. He made us feel like it was a burden to talk to us. And when we had an issue with our room he got so defensive & did not make us feel welcome.
We were not informed that there was renovations happening. And when we found a 4ft puddle in our room (we were not warned at the desk), we were told to just deal & put towels on it because there's nothing to be done. It was apparently an hvac problem & so once we would turn on the a/c the puddle would be bigger. It was so bad that we left & went to another hotel to sleep in.
The price was affordable. Good location. Front desk lady was nice
Room felt damp. There were a few moldy looking spots on the wall and ceiling. Found 1 ant crawling on ac unit and 2-3, what seemed to be mouse droppings.
Under renovation. Staff was upfront about the working hours during the renovation period. Even under renovation the place was very clean (except the hallway carpets…VERY stained and filthy. Here’s hoping this is part of the renovations)
TV didn’t work in one of our rooms and we had to wait about bit until the guy could change it out. He stated he was the only one working.
