The location
There was no hot water in our room and the king size bed was uncomfortable. We were supposed to say from a Thursday-Sunday but ended up leaving Saturday
Kitchen and bathroom were good sized

Bed was comfortable.
Put into a room that needed updating with the whole room #105. I was embarrassed to find poor condition of the last room you had available. It needed paint throughout the room. The price should have been $60 instead of $80.
The front desk employees were fantastic!! Marlaine, Servando,Chris, Nay & Carl's are all very friendly & super helpful & good hard workers. They have made my stay here a very positive & pleasurable experience. I will certainly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great place to stay!!

room was very clean if a bit "old" but they are upgrading room by room. Very convenient if you are in the Beaverton area. Can walk to local cafes, restaurants and shops, others are a very short drive away. En suite kitchen is very helpful, and they have a very basic grab'n'go breakfast with coffee and oatmeal, and snacks.
Noisy neighbors
The location was great for my needs. The price was affordable and a great value. It was a great help that when my needs changed it was a simple process and the check in attendant was happy to adjust things to meet my needs at check in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were several available outlets to meet my needs for power for devices.
It was inconvenient that pet waste bags for proper disposal didn't seem to be available when there were signs everywhere to make sure I knew it would be illegal if I didn't pick up my pets waste. I had to cross the street and take them from the neighboring property. It would have been nice to know that I needed to bring things in order to have what I needed. No cups, utensils, etc. I never knew where the free breakfast was, no way to make coffee, no container to use to make hot water.

No complaints
Room had what we needed. We liked the larger kitchen.
The grounds were unkept, trash around. Furniture in room was pretty worn out.
