Decent and quiet.
Pros:

Easy to find. Spacious room. Breakfast was good. Front desk checking in and out were nice.

Cons:

Eyelash in the shower literally on the body wash container. Parking was very tight.

Horrible service from Joanne manager
Cons:

I stayed here for about a week. This is a no smoking room so every time smoke was involved we would go downstairs no matter the time to smoke on the permitted section of parking lot, upon checking out I never was contacted until I reserved to stay at a different date and spoke with Joanne the hotel manager that I was banned from coming to that best western and that my room had to be steamed for odor. I asked her to review cameras as they have it on cameras us coming in n out from the parking lot and she said it didn’t matter that there was no smoke in room that room had an odor of cannabis my husband gets on the phone asking how do they treat odor from cigarettes and she rudely told him she was not speaking with him and told me I was banned from booking that room nights prior check out we had an incident from cleaning houseplkepeping never came to clean because they were told by the front office to not come in but we had requested. Joanne mentioned that housekeeping had said they were odor of cannabis but there was no smoking, so my deposits were not given back also the manager Joanne was very rude and lack of professionalism telling me it doesn’t matter that any odor bans you.
