When we came to paye in card the worker told us that it what at the max credit so didn’t take credit after that when I paye with the cash he try to make me paye more that the price of reservation because difference between leke and euro at the night I lost my card key to the hotel and he did not have the option to make a new one because of the manager they make me paye 20€ for a new card is very expensive to you consideration

לא היו שמיכות זרם המים היה חלש לפעמים מים חמים ולפעמיים מים קרים.
אין קומקום אין מקרר אין טלפון לתקשר עם חברים בחדר השני. ריח חזק של סיגריות. בלובי ישבנו והגבירו את המוזיקה ולא הצלחנו לדבר בנינו.
ישבנו לאכול בחוץ והריח של הסגריות היה חזק ממש ⁰

TERRIBILE e VERGOGNOSO per un 4 Stelle

Non merita per niente le 4 stelle questo hotel. Le camere sono molto povere, nonostante il deluxe. Non ha un armadio dove porre i vestiti, una cassaforte o un ferro da stiro come gli hotel a 4 stelle o anche meno. Nel letto oltre ad esser scomodo c'era del sangue e c'erano pure le formiche in camera. La colazione è imbarazzante. Devi chiedere che te la preparino e non è a buffet. Le bevande nella colazione non sono incluse e pure l'acqua è da pagare. La pulizia della stanza non è stata fatta nemmeno una volta (soggiorno da tre notti). Abbiamo dovuto chiedere altri accappatoi perchè non li cambiavano loro e in bagno c'era solo una saponetta e uno shampoo minuscolo (due persone per tre notti). Ci sembrava ridicolo doverne chiedere in più.
In camera c'era il distributore d'acqua, cosa carina se solo fosse stato pieno, siamo entrati che era già vuoto.
Sull app segnava il check out dalle 11 alle 13 e alle 12 sono venuti a bussarci e chiederci di fare check out.
Esperienza terribile, non consiglio anche perché è lontano 5 km.

Pros:

Lo más lindo fue la vista de la habitación a la montaña.

Cons:

Instalaciones muy antiguas, no tiene frigobar, mala calidad de ducha y cama.
La reserva decía "desayuno continental" y me dieron con suerte un café por qué lo pedí.

Great place to stay in Tirane
Pros:

Water filter placed in room.
Towels were clean and decorative blanket on bed was impressive
Bathrooms toilet was clean
All items were OK including aircond
Breakfast was great and support by staff to pack my breakfast was good

Cons:

No proper guide on how to go to TEG Station, end up wrong bus and got further away, nearly miss my bus.
If got extra drink and creamer/sugar in room wld be better
