The cleanliness
No room service
Close to our destination
Room got mixed up and could have turned into a pretty dangerous situation, given the fact that the same room key was given to two reservations.
Comfortable bed & pillows.
Linens were damp when I went to room, could not hang clothes in room or they would become damp, and floors were damp. Shower water ran out on floor.

The sink was stopped up it was loud and my room smelled like cigarettes

Smell and cleanliness
Had an excellent location rught along the highway. Walmart close by and plenty of eating options.
Clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Did have vending machines.
Bed was a little to hard for my liking
The elevator was In an odd location. In between the buildings and even though lighting was good could seem dangerous area.
The staff, always so inviting and welcoming.
