Exceptional experience - many thanks to all the staff for the wonderful service in such a unique location.
Pros:

It couldn’t have been better. The room Kuma was exactly as pictured, and they accommodated my request of being on a high floor. The hotel was high end and tasteful. Delightful live music was played every night. The service was impeccable and we also received a little surprise treat due to being here for our anniversary. Many thanks to all involved.

Cons:

Nothing to mention - naturally it is quite expensive, but it is to be expected and for architecture lovers it is worth the price. Just as a small suggestion, it would be nice if thermae were open also on Saturday night for guests, the Friday night dip was wonderful.

Pros:

Perfekter Roomservice. Sehr gute Verpflegung. Ungehinderter Zugang zur Therme (Hotelaufenthalt für volle Nutzung der Therme sehr empfehlenswert).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein. Die Benützung der sanitarischen Einrichtungen (Duschinsel in der Mitte des Raums mit integriertem Lavabo) war für zwei grossgewachsene Gäste umständlich.

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind erstklassig! das Hotel selber eine Katastrophe!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind fantastisch, wir waren in Tadao Ando's Zimmer - wunderbar! Die Details im Zimmer mit dem Holz die Farbe etc war einzigartig und schoener ginge es nicht! Das wunderbare niedrige Bett, das grosse Fenster mit der Aussicht!!!

Cons:

Das Hotel selber, war schlimm! Architektur schrecklich. Die schwarze Farbe im Restaurant muss weg!! Diese schreckliche Foto, dieser Frau wenn man ueber die Bruecke lauft muss auch weg!! Sie haben so gute Zimmer gebaut mit weltbekannten Architekten ein herrliches Bad von Zumtor! und dann der Rest des Hotel's ist so kitschig! was ist da passiert?

Pros:

Schön war, dass man vom Hotel direkt in die Therme laufen konnte und das zu jeder Zeit. Wir haben das nächtliche, aber auch das Baden am Morgen früh, sehr genossen.

Cons:

Beim Ankunft wussten wir unten bei den Parkplätzen nicht wo der Hoteleingang mit Empfang ist, da mussten wir etwas suchen und einige Treppen laufen.

Localização.

Cons:

Passagem do quarto no primeiro andar para aceder aos restaurantes e termas, passa pela entrada do hotel. Demasiado frio, especialmente se estivermos em roupão a caminho ou a voltar das termas.
