Spacious for a family
Pros:

Two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Shower pressure was good and hot. Living room and kitchen area was spacious. Kitchen included dishes and basic cooking items. Beds were decently comfortable. Good price. Breakfast was predominately Vietnamese choices.

Cons:

It was a bit far from beach access and main tourist sites in Da Nang. Beds were better than many in Vietnam but still a bit hard for my tastes.

Perfect place

Pros:

Personal muy atento y servicial. Solucionaron sin demora un problema que tuvimos y, ante una pequeña gotera por las lluvias del tifón, nos ofrecieron una habitación superior mientras reparaban la anterior.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba bien pero con poca variedad. Podrían ofrecer más opciones para hacerlo más completo.

Despite the minor downsides we had a great time, taxis allow you to quickly get to any place.
Pros:

The size of the two-bedroom apartment for the family is perfect, quiet, bedding and towels were clean. Dishes, kettle, everything you need during your vacation, two large bathrooms, there is a balcony, the furniture is relatively good. The staff is very good. The beach is deserted and clean, but quite far away.

Cons:

cleaning was very basic, many places were not even washed. breakfast was poor, we expected more fruits and vegetables. reception may not greet and answer as if doing a favor, this surprised us very much. for the first time we encountered such service from the reception. in general, it did not upset us and did not spoil our stay.

Pros:

The location was good. It was off the main road and fairly quiet. The room was a good size with a balcony with table and chairs and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

As with most places we stayed in Vietnam the shower leaked. 'm not sure if the person on Reception couldn't speak English, but a smile goes a long way.
