The staff was so friendly and the room I had was clean, spacious, and sunny.
The breakfast is just for convenience - you'll have to head elsewhere for a good meal or coffee in the morning.
We were a group of 4 guys - chose Danang / Hoi An for the food and golf. most of the time was spent away from the hotel, but when we were there, we had a junior suite to have supper and share bottles of beer & whiskey - perfect. No need the beach front view.
Good location, not far from the beach. A gym, a good laundry service, and a local market nearby. It's quiet, clean, and spacious. Very comfortable.

The kitchen was pretty unpractical if one wanted to actually cook something.
It's not a big problem since we were there to experience the local culture, but for somebody who wants or needs to cook on their own for whatever reason, you might have to purchase some kitchen tools as the selection is pretty scarce.
Laundry cleaning was made complicated, doesn't seem to be their field, it was easier to go to a laundry service that's located 5mins from there.
These were minor issues or actually no issues at all - just worth mentioning, I think.
We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably stocked. Two nice televisions. Two good AC units. Quiet. Very comfortable bed. Good hot water in the shower and good bathroom counter space. Clean. We appreciated the daily breakfast and cleaning service.
The WiFi was sketchy- it went in and out. That’s our only real complaint. The shower surround leaked but that wasn’t a big deal. The area is a bit south of the “action” and it takes awhile to walk to the beach. Just fyi.

We had a great stay at Sun River Apartment in Da Nang. The cleanliness of the apartment was truly outstanding – everything was spotless and very well maintained. The bed linen was perfectly clean and fresh, which made the stay even more comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also very reliable and worked perfectly during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me receive a courier package that I ordered while staying in Vietnam, which was very kind and professional. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, making it a great place to stay if you want to explore Da Nang and enjoy the sea. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and we would definitely come back again.
Great apartment in a hotel that includes a breakfast buffet. We enjoyed 3 nights here and felt very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
Two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Shower pressure was good and hot. Living room and kitchen area was spacious. Kitchen included dishes and basic cooking items. Beds were decently comfortable. Good price. Breakfast was predominately Vietnamese choices.
It was a bit far from beach access and main tourist sites in Da Nang. Beds were better than many in Vietnam but still a bit hard for my tastes.
