Upon arrival we were unable to secure the porters trolley to take things to our room. The attendant did not get another for us , instead he insisted we go to the second floor , where it was kept. I told him we were there first and that we had rights to the first porters trolley being occupied by someone who grabbed it whilst we checked in. The attendant sighed and finally said he would get us the second one, located somewhere on the second floor. The power went off for a few hours. No one came to check on the residents to explain what was happening or if we were ok. The floors in our room were so dirty that we had to clean our feet each time we got into bed.

The fridge in the room is leaking water and it was a towel in there just like the water out then someone turn it off so I have no fridge. It was broken window that needs to be repaired. This place needs some help.

Pros:

Tight spot with hardly any parking. There was a ton of people smoking marijuana on the property. The smell was everywhere. The elevator closes in about 5 seconds after it opens. Better be quick getting in or out. There was an abandoned car in the parking lot which made the property feel unsafe and cheap. The breakfast was typical of a contental style breakfast. Only apples as fresh fruit, the boiled eggs were typically out and the breakfast area was messy at best. They did serve pastries and bread for toast. Overall, the room was acceptable as far as cleanliness. The shower head and faucet needed to be cleaned and either tightened or replaced. We didnt use the pool, but it looked clean. The queen bed was super uncomfortable and squeaked when you turned over. It needed to be replaced as well. The air conditioner smelled when it was running. We used the heat and it smelled like burning hair. It needed to be cleaned and maintained. It seemed as though the owner didnt want to put the cleaning or maintenance crew to work fixing and cleaning the property. Spend a little more and find somthing better for your stay.

Bad. Noisy. Creaky floors separating laminate. Cracked furniture. Low water pressured. Sink doesn't drain. Drug addicts upstairs moving furniturefrom 1040pm to 4am. Called front desk 4 times. Pool you don't want to use sandwiched into a chain link fence. Door doesn't seal. Didn't attempt breakfast-- the morning room and sundries are a joke. Ramada/ Wyndham shouldn't put their name on this hotel. The bed was comfortable. The TV was large.

Pros:

The hotel is a little old and tired and the room lacked a safe however it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was very good.
Convenient for Old Pasadena and much cheaper than other hotels more centrally located.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Pros:

Great value, conveniently located, highly recommended
Pros:

Exceeded my expectations for what I paid. The breakfast had a very good variety and the waffles and eggs were a bonus. The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Really conveniently located to a lot of restaurants, supermarket, and shops.

Cons:

Furniture is bit dated but everything was working and in decent condition
