Pros:

They could not find my reservation and took two hours for check in also told me that was not the right hotel And had us running around to the hotel next door Saying that could be the right one. No TV all fuzzy and also air-conditioning in the kitchen living room did not work. No windows looking outside in our room. Had to pay cash because they couldn’t use credit card that late at night. Also had to pay cash for deposit of room will not let us use credit cards.

Poor experience, stay away!
Pros:

Utterly disappointed. We were down-graded to another room for 2 days out of the 4-day stay without explanation or compensation. Check-in time was at 2pm yet the room wasn't ready until 5pm. Only 2 towels were supplied when we had 6 people. Shower had extremely poor water pressure. No hair dryer was provided. Bathrooms had used shower gels and caps lying around. Refrigerator didn't work so we had to place everything in the freezer. Tables had left over foods and stains. Duvet had stains. TV didn't work in the common room, we informed the reception to fix, they sent a guy up who just pressed the buttons for a minute and left without saying anything. Swimming pool was disgusting with debris and the water looked yellow. Went to Phuket for a relaxing holiday and left feeling not relaxed at all. The reception were constantly filled with guests that had complaints. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:

There was nothing to like about this property as it did not look how it was advertised as it is certainly not a 4* resort. The facilities were were below standard as was the cleanliness. I would never recommend anyone to visit. We had to move rooms as we had booked a deluxe suite with a pool view & our room had no window. For the first 3 days each time we visited reception there was a line of people either complaining or checking out. There was no toilet paper in the communal areas, 2 broken sun loungers around the main pool, 2 to share with 5 other rooms within our so called private pool suite. No jacuzzi & certainly no hairdryer or slippers in the room. We had to ask for towels, water & coffee facilities despite these being advertised as daily facilities. There was no crockery or glasses in the kitchen area.
The hygiene was a major problem within the communal areas & housekeeping didn’t do a decent job when they cleaned the room. I gave up complaining because the staff couldn’t give any answers. We had power cuts & no water during our stay so we asked for compensation but had no response.
Overall there is no way I was advise anyone to stay at this hotel

Pros:

After a beautiful day at the beach me and my girlfriend returned to our hotel room with other guest staying in our room. We ended up leaving after 1 day when we had booked for 3. I felt my privacy had been greatly violated. I will not be recommending this property to any one. The staff member that checked us in was great to deal with but that was the only upside to this hotel.

Pros:

スタッフの方はとても親切で優しい方々でした。
ただ、近くに買い物をする場所等が無い為シャトルバスかタクシーを利用しないとどこにも出かけられないのが残念でした。ビーチに行くのもタクシーが必要です。
