Pros:

Location. Quiet, but my room was facing inner yard. Not sure if it is facing street. Clean. Good breakfast. Many great restaurants around.

Good value for the city when there's a major event going on or if you need to stay in that area.
Pros:

The location was good for that side of the city. There wasn't a lot open late in terms of restaurants. Not too many shops but close to many attractions, and the Revolutionary War Museum across the street is fabulous.

Cons:

The room was super small. The elevator and decor could use some love. Staff was accommodating but not overly welcoming. No restaurant or bar onsite.

Enough for a couple of days visit in Philly but do not expect much friendliness at the front desk
Pros:

The room we got, although small, it was quite comfortable. We rested well. The housekeepers made an excellent job and it was really spotless! The location is also grand, nearby loads of historical sites.

Cons:

Honestly… most of the staff, especially the front desk.

Philly is magical!
Pros:

There were variety of things. Just what you need for breakfast.

Cons:

Coffee could be stronger but that’s nitpicking…sorry, just personal preference.
