Potential to be a great hotel but rough around the edges
Pros:

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Rooms are tiny. Breakfast was the same (and not great) everyday. Airconditioning didn’t work at all at night on our last 2 nights (out of 5), making sleep impossible

Locked us put on last day before 12:00 noon check out time. Staff receiving forgot to return credit card and ID. She also forgot to give card for parking. But did remember to charge for parking.

Quiet.
Washer/dryer were available, however that room was really small.

Cons:

Floor boards in the room had visible dust.
No coffee maker or microwave in the room, which was inconvenient.

Pros:

The rooms are quite nice and modern and the location is hard to be. Almost all the historic sites are within a 10 minute walk. Plenty of good restaurants are available as well. The complimentary breakfast is hard to beat - this is awesome.

I am very picky when it comes to hotels, this is the best hotel I have stayed at ever. The place is spotless. I stayed on the fifth floor and had the king with a queen sofa room. The room had very high ceiling and was very spacious. The king bed had soft linens and was super comfortable. The hotel also had good amenities, not extravagant but very sufficient. It had a Keurig machine in the lobby which can brew tea, coffee and hot water. They even had small packets of lemon juice and honey to add to the tea. Breakfast was complimentary and it was very good. Again, not extravagant but excellent. They give you cloth napkins and real silverware. It has a real juice machine with real orange juice and cranberry juice, not the watered down version that so many hotels offer today. It has bacon, eggs and potatoes everyday. It has a lot of hot oatmeal. It has two waffle makers. It has bagels, bread and muffins. It has yogurt and some fruit. The hotel is well maintained and has its unique character. The location is unbeatable, it is across the street from the American Revolution Museum and just steps away from Independence Hall. Also, there is a fast food pizza place, a ramen place, a Mexican food place and a bar just steps away.
