Ein sehr gutes Hotel für die Durchreise aber nicht unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr zentrales Hotel mit schönem Zimmer sowie Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider etwas dürftig und der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt.
Auch sehr schade das das Frühstück im Keller statt gefunden hat.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für alle, die Madeira erkunden und dabei direkt im Zentrum vo
Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren bereits zum zweiten Mal auf Madeira. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt auf der Insel wohnten wir etwas außerhalb von Funchal in Richtung Lido, diesmal wollten wir bewusst zentral wohnen.

Das Hotel Turim hat dafür eine sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bushaltestellen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ins Stadtzentrum und zu den wichtigsten Verkehrsanbindungen benötigt man nur wenige Minuten.

Die Zimmer waren gut und boten alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Er ist zwar nicht sehr groß, war für uns aber völlig ausreichend. Auch die Anzahl der Liegen war stets ausreichend, sodass wir jederzeit einen Platz gefunden haben.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für alle, die Madeira erkunden und dabei direkt im Zentrum von Funchal wohnen möchten.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefallen haben. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl an Müsli sehr begrenzt, und bei den Eierspeisen hätten wir uns während unseres siebentägigen Aufenthalts deutlich mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Die Pfannkuchen wurden durchgehend kalt serviert. Außerdem hatte das bereitgestellte Wasser einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack.

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage war es nachts teilweise recht laut, insbesondere durch vorbeifahrende Motorräder.

Das Personal wirkte auf uns meist eher distanziert und wenig herzlich. Zwar war der Umgang stets korrekt und professionell, auf besondere Wünsche wurde jedoch nicht eingegangen. Dadurch fehlte uns insgesamt etwas die Gastfreundschaft, die wir von anderen Hotels kennen.

Séjour tranquille dans une belle chambre au centre de funchal mais WIFI KO sur PC
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à quelques pas du front de mer/centre de Funchal. chambres nickels dignes d'un 4*.
La climatisation fonctionne trés bien, trés appréciable en été

Cons:

Le WIFI n'est pas au niveau : deconnexions fréquentes et les PC avec un peu de sécurité ne peuvent pas se connecter, c'est le seul hotel à Madere ou je ne suis pas arrivé à le faire.
Ok au niveau smartphone mais avec deconnexions fréquentes.
