Hotel muy bonito, solo que un poco ruidoso, desde muy temprano los ruidos se escuchan en las habitaciones . Todo lo demás excelente.

La ubicación no es ideal. Está lejos del centro o de cualquier atracción, la zona no es agradable para caminar.
Tuvimos que cambiarnos de cuarto ya que el que nos asignaron tenía un muy mal olor en el baño y solo había disponible con dos camas.
Una de las noches el hotel rentó un espacio para una fiesta y no paró el ruido, música y demás hasta la 1am.
Las personas que nos atendieron fueron amables en todo momento.

El hotel es muy bonito cómodo y el personal se saca un 10 lo único que le ví problema fue que por la situación de la pandemia dónde ocupan para estacionamiento no funcionaba y el carro se tuvo que quedar en la calle pero es un lugar muy tranquilo, y esperemos que después de esto abran el restaurante que es excelente la comida

This was a beautiful hotel. The room and common areas were decorated with both traditional and contemporary touches or Mexican arts and crafts. The staff was so lovely and accomodations. We greatly enjoyed eating on the rooftop terrace and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there across the three days we stayed. The only thing that was challenging to get used to is noise - sound travels through the rooms. We were on the second floor, with the rooftop restaurant above us, and all the sounds travelled down, which wasn't great when we were trying to go to bed. Despite this, I loved our experience and would come back.

Nos asaltaron, se metieron a la habitación y nos saquearon. sabían que salíamos y ahí aprovecharon para entrar a la habitación.
