They didn't clean the room, and they didn't even let us know about it.
We did not like that we had to sign up for a BonVoyage account to use wifi in our room. We had no desire to sign up, so we did not use the wifi.
Great staff and service, very welcoming and accommodating. We were very comfortable there.
The new bark chips looked nice but left a smell of manuer when you entered and exited the building
Pool and hot tub
The bed was really comfortable
Too much clorine in the hot tub, it was burning our eyes and itching our skin
The hotel seems dated, the toilet didn’t flush great. Rusty plumbing fixtures. If we are going to pay $175 per night I would expect a bit nicer updated rooms
A lovely property with a big, beautiful lobby. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the attached restaurant (B Town) and a great breakfast in the morning. Very pleasant, helpful staff.
Terrible pillows. Noisy heat/AC unit.
Beautiful lobby and nice pool area.
We booked a room with two queen beds. We asked for a handicap room.if available. From what I could tell bars in the bathtub were the only indication it was for someone in a wheelchair. Our room had two queen beds squeezed in tighly with both beds practically toughing the wall and a narrow aisle between them. .There wasn't enough room between beds to move wheelchair to the side of either bed. I had to transfer my wife at the foot of the bed and use a transfer sheet to pull her up to the head of the bed.
The room was fairly basic but did have a 65 inch television. I didn't like the fact there isn't a night light anywhere. If we left the bathroom light on we had to listen to a fan.
Our 4th floor room was on west side. The elevation made us at eye level with Interstate 5 highway. Noise wasn't too bad but worthy of pulling down the blinds. East side rooms would have been quieter and better view.
Othet Ammeneties were adequate. Obviously not intended to impress.
Ease of checking in and a warm respectful staff!
Friendly staff. Well decorated for Christmas. Breakfast. Connected restaurant--double Plus! Plenty of parking space, Close to the grocery store, and other conveniences.
