Gần trung tâm, nhân viên nhiệt tình,nhưng không có thang máy

Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, ok, nhắn là hỗ trợ, phòng ốc ok, gối nằm ok, giường ok, sạch sẽ

Cons:

Xếp phòng cho mình bên cạnh phòng giặt, phòng áp mái, nóng, điều hoà nóng, để cả ngày vẫn k mát, mình góp ý thì gọi nhân viên vào vệ sinh điều hoà, nhưng mà hơi bất tiện. Nói chung phòng rất nóng, và KHÔNG CÓ THANG MÁY nha, vd họ xếp phòng bạn tầng 3 có nghĩa là bạn phài đi bộ 5 tầng, và bạn tự bưng hành lý lên nhé, rất là caoooo và mệt, mặc dù mình xin hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm các bạn vẫn vui vẻ nhiệt tình, nhưng mà nóng lắm 🥲🥲 cao nữa, đi bộ rất mệt, à, kiến nhiều nữa

Желаю арендодателю жить так, как я там жил и питаться так, как я там питался.
Pros:

Расположение — в глубине очень грязного двора, где постоянно что-то разгружают, моют посуду и грязную воду выливают под ноги. В здание нет нормального входа. Нужно поднять скрипучие железные гаражные жалюзи, затем спуститься по крутой горке в подвал, где стоят мусорные баки и байки, оттуда по крутой лестнице подняться (из подвала) на нужный этаж (лифта нет).
Кондиционер в любом режиме одинаково дует слабым теплым воздухом.
На кухне двойная розетка, но чайник и плитку нельзя включить одновременно (вилки не помещаются рядом).
Но и не надо — эл. плитка там, как и кондиционер, для упоминания в описании на Букинге, а пользоваться невозможно. Плитка индукционная, а сковорода обычная, поэтому готовить не смог вообще, хотя для меня это важно, и я искал жилье только с кухней. 2 кастрюли пригорелые кастрюли тоже не пригодились. Хозяину писал про сковороду, он обещал дать другую, но обманул.
В итоге: в этом дворе вообще не надо сдавать жилье - это просто бомжатник (да простят меня добропорядочные бомжи).
Квартира чистая, но жадность арендодателя не оставляет ни одной положительной эмоции.
Кондитционер нужно обслуживать, заправлять.
Посуду нужно давать пригодную, а не так по-свински.
Желаю арендодателю жить так, как я там жил и питаться так, как я там питался.

It is OK
Pros:

It is in the center area. It is very convenient to find place to eat. It is ease to go for coffee near by. It is close to Ho Chi Minh City center.

Cons:

The toilet is with water spreading out. Stair is high with steep steps. Demands in improvement of guide to access to facility. Entrance is slope with no steps.

Pros:

Agradezco el hospedaje en este lugar sin embargo no volvería ya que es muy ruidoso el lugar y casi no se puede descansar. Hay que subir varias escaleras con las maletas y no hay ascensor.

Tiene buen precio, es económico.

I don’t recommend this place
Cons:

There was a terrible noise from the water pump. We couldn’t sleep at all. Whoever turned on the tap, the noise would start every time.

I would never stay at a Cozrum property again.
Pros:

Hotel did not serve breakfast

Cons:

The room was filthy.
Hairs in bed, dirty floor, spider webs throughout room, dirty linen, access to rooms was via basement carpark/sanitation room only, unable to make payments on-site, housekeeping staff were extremely rude

Pros:

Nothing. Location was only fair.

Cons:

Rooms were filthy.
Threadbare linen.
Air conditioning was not working even after alleged repair.
Company unable to take payment online by credit card.
Had to go to Cozrum head office to make payment in person.
Kitchen utensils were dirty
Spider webs through out room.
Chewing gum stuck on floor.
Refrigerator was not cold.
