It is in the center area. It is very convenient to find place to eat. It is ease to go for coffee near by. It is close to Ho Chi Minh City center.
The toilet is with water spreading out. Stair is high with steep steps. Demands in improvement of guide to access to facility. Entrance is slope with no steps.

Agradezco el hospedaje en este lugar sin embargo no volvería ya que es muy ruidoso el lugar y casi no se puede descansar. Hay que subir varias escaleras con las maletas y no hay ascensor.

Staff was responsive
Passage was very difficult especially if you have luggage or have reduced mobility. There was water leaking from behind the fridge
No responses, no show to get access. Had to find last minute arrangements elsewhere.
There was a terrible noise from the water pump. We couldn’t sleep at all. Whoever turned on the tap, the noise would start every time.

I booked a room for my dad. This location does not have any staff. They did not disclose this info when booking. My dad didnt know how to enter the room, how to check out, etc.
Hotel did not serve breakfast

Hairs in bed, dirty floor, spider webs throughout room, dirty linen, access to rooms was via basement carpark/sanitation room only, unable to make payments on-site, housekeeping staff were extremely rude

Nothing our booking was cancelled before we arrived and we were not informed! It took a very long time to find the property and when we did another long time to contact the property. There is no reception thankfully the book shop at the location was very helpful but we were still left to look for somewhere to stay on our first night in the city after travelling from the UK and having never been to Vietnam before. It was a dreadful experience.
