We chose to stay at this hotel after driving Stevens Pass and viewing Deception Falls.
Pros:

We stayed in room # 202 which had a king bed for $156.19/$175.99. I was not thanked for being a Best Western Rewards member. I had requested a ground floor room, but was told there were none available. The bed was comfortable. There was a Keurig machine in the room. The towels were nice. The shower had mold on the grout. The breakfast area was large. My husband had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and coffee and I had a waffle, biscuit, and a sausage patty. The computer in the business area was extremely slow. The check out clerk was friendly.

No working toilet or shower
Pros:

Very nice hotel, but the toilet was plugged upon arrival and overflowing onto floor. We're here for 4th of July and came home very late covered in sunscreen and dirt and could not shower or use the toilet. Shower did not work and did not drain. Staff did not give us a new room and manager accosted me when I asked for help and put me on do not rent to list. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was clean and it was a convenient location, overall a good stay.
Pros:

The location was surrounded by many stores and restaurants that are just walking distance. Appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave handy.

Worst Best Western experience I've ever had
Pros:

Worst experience I've ever had at a BW. Changed a reservation weeks in advance, ended up still being billed for 3x the correct number of nights. Staff refused to fix it, manager never bothered to help. Only way I was able to resolve it was by disputing the charge with the card company. Insanely rude, I would not trust these people with one cent. Stay far away from these crooks.

Pros:

These are some of the best people to work with! I stay here regularly to visit a project site, and they have accommodated my needs with kindness and grace. My husband has sampled the free breakfast on occasion and has enjoyed it. The recently remodeled rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was ok.
Pros:

I liked the pool area a.d the service from the reception.

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't have any extra blankets. The windows are so thin you can hear everything. I couldn't even sleep.

Jacuzzi tub problem
Pros:

Room was clean, staff were nice. However, I reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub. The first night it did not work. I was promised a $50 refund. They did get it working the 2nd day. I prepaid for the trip through Priceline. When I went to check out they said I had a balance of approximately $32. This consisted of sales tax, tourism fee, etc for the two nights, which was already paid to Priceline. They did remove the charge but I checked my credit card and no $50 refund. They had agreed to the amount Priceline offered me which showed as a credit, but I think they changed the rates for the 2 nights to make it seem like I got a $50 credit.

So not sure if I will stay there again.

Pros:

Loved the staff and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Room was awesome. Got one with a jacuzzi tub. Only wish was that the water got a little hotter for the tub. But was still relaxing.

Cons:

The area, like many areas had crackheads wandering the parking lot late at night. And there is a train near the hotel that went off ever so often lol but it was still a nice stay.

Bed was comfortable shower was nice

Cons:

Rooms were in need of updates- old very low toilets, worn out furniture and lamps, carpet needs cleaning/replacing etc.
The breakfast was not great- overcooked eggs
We chose to go out to breakfast instead of eating in the hotel
