Pros:

The room was close to the car and lobby. It was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee.

Cons:

The heater quit working and the room got cold. We tried to get it to work, but it wouldn't heat. The staff gave me a portable heater I could use until another room could be freed up, but after turning it off, the heater reset and came on and worked as it should overnight.

Red Cross Volunteers
Pros:

I’m here with Red Cross for the flooding in Washington and this lady that’s in this kitchen has made one of the best spreads of breakfast I’ve ever seen. Her name is Rosario and I wanted to make sure you guys give this lady a raise for Oliver her wonderful work thank you so much Joyce Glover American Red Cross

Clean, safe, warm, comfortable wonderful
Pros:

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean everything worked. The staff was delightful. I will happily stay there again.

Cons:

The couple in the room next to me had a loud angry fight at 5:00 am Christmas morning. I called the front desk. The staff immediately called the people. They were quiet after that. I went back to sleep.

Megan was so accommodating to our request for an early check in. She was so pleasant and helpful!!
Pros:

It was so close to the wedding venue.

Cons:

We wished that the continental breakfast went until 10:00. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Pros:

Family and friends stayed here with us for our wedding weekend. The staff was so kind and on top of everything. They allowed us to use the dining room for a family pizza party the evening before our wedding. Breakfast was delicious and consistently refreshed. They are in the process of updates so it looks a little rough. But everything is clean and the live plants are a great touch.

Assigned room next to breakfast area. Kitchen crew made enough noise to wake me at 430 am. Bath tub/shower hand no hand hold rails (very dangerous). Bathroom probably needed remolding.

Great stay
Pros:

We were checked in by Dawn and she could not have been any nicer. Room 307 had two queen beds which were very comfortable; the pillows could use an update. The room was very clean, but it could use a few upgrades; outlets, USB ports, and maybe a more updated shower faucet; however the water pressure was great and the A/C worked really well. We would have liked another chair in the room other than the desk chair. The location is very quiet. We loved that we had a freezer compartment in the fridge (yes, it's the little things). Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of different breads, burritos, beans, sausage, gravy, biscuits, fruit, yoghurt, waffles....very impressive! Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and professional and dressed accordingly (yes, appearance makes a difference!). Meagan at the front desk was a delight and so were the two ladies attending breakfast!
A very nice surprise to find in Monroe!
