This was a great location. It was quite at the hotel but many things just 100 meters away. The staff was always accommodating, the breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay if visiting Edinburgh.

Clean, comfortable, efficient apartment
Apartment felt new but cold and impersonal. Soft furnishings non-existent. No personality. Staff very pleasant but not trained to an appropriate level and too many mistakes. Can’t contact reception directly by telephone, have to go through AI…..not acceptable for the price. Lounge and kitchen furniture inadequate. Sofa bed so uncomfortable as sole lounge furniture for 4 people, likewise, 3 dining chairs. Gym one of the best equipped I have experienced in a “small” hotel. Not disastrous but way too expensive for the level of comfort and service.

A staff person actual said "your partner can help you with your luggage !" The bathroom had no space to get ready.
Very nice hotel and excellent location. Minutes away from the major attractions.
We were incorrectly charged after check out for two extra breakfasts that we never requested or used.
The hotel refunded us after we contacted them, but it was disappointing to discover the incorrect charge ourselves.
I would recommend guests carefully check their final bill.
Also, the shower was leaking and the sink was half clogged.

Clean and modern. Staff were fabulous, shared areas were modern and comfortable.
Double bed in the corner makes it hard to get in and out for one of us.
