Great Hotel super friendly staff, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Great location to visit all the sights of the city.
The location was excellent and it was quiet and comfortable. We slept well. The breakfast bar and coffee were quite nice.
The room was a bit tight. The bed was right up against the window on one side and the window didn’t open. We could adjust the temperature easily but no fresh air.

Ottimo hotel, nuovo, abbastanza pulito, staff gentile e molto disponibile. La posizione è perfetta, praticamente a Grassmarkt e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'Airlink (l'autobus da e per l'aeroporto).
Unica cosa, un pochino difficile regolare la temperatura in stanza 😅
The location was excellent, the staff with who we checked in with were very nice and helpful. Facilities, such as the gym and laundry, were much appreciated. Rooms were clean and had basic supplies/equipment.
Parking for a short while unloading was difficult (we got ticketed, since the payment machine didn’t work—didn’t look like it was operational for years—and there was no app, only a website which took a while since it wouldn’t take non-UK phone numbers). Better instructions for drop off and warnings would have been appreciated. Kitchens had ovens but nothing to bake on. Stairs would have been a problem for those with physical issues. Luckily, we had 3 rooms so was able to have the 2 in our party stay in the one ground floor room with no stairs that we were assigned. When I checked in, we were only given keys to one of the 3 rooms we booked. Then had to wait a good 20-30 minutes to get the other 2 rooms while the host figured out where to put us.

Water pressure was poor, especially in shower. Safe didn't work

Was expensive to stay at. No tissues in hotel and tv was positioned on side of bed not at end of bed.

Found a couple of tiny little insects on the pillow the first day.
Great staff, nice courtyard area and a lovely bar/seating area. The 24 hour snack pantry was also a great touch!
