Please note that linen is not changed daily. For stays over seven days, linen is changed on the fourth day of stay and then weekly after. For stays of less than seven days, there will be no linen changes. However, towels and bedding are available from the reception at no extra cost.
A cleaning service is available upon request for stays of less than 7 nights at an additional charge of GBP 35 for one-bedroom apartments, and GBP 45 for two-bedroom apartments.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip in Edinburgh. Wir sind im dunklen angereist und wurden früh mit einem Blick auf das Castle überrascht. Kurze Wege zu den Highlights und zum Supermarkt. Es war sehr gemütlich.

The location into the old town and new is excellent.
On our 2nd night last stay I was woken round d 5am by the sound of a really loud noise that went on for a while. When I looked out the window I seen what looked like a long Black mini bus. After a while I realised it was foke foing to the air port as i heard and seen foke going outside with their luggage. Perhaps they could turn the engine off as it was so loud. Everything else was perfect and the staff were excellent, no complaints their at all.
The property was in a fabulous location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. We had a lovely view of the castle from our room and lovely comfy bed. Great to have kitchen facilities as we had breakfast most mornings and often a light meal at night. We had stayed here the week before and we were able to leave luggage while we travelled which was really appreciated.
The on site laundry was a real bonus for us after our travels into the highlands.
We found this room quite tight with not enough space for our cases. My side of the bed did not have a bed light which was annoying as I wanted to read.
A great property in a convenient location. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. A great view of the castle from the window. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Loved the laundry facilities.

Raumpflege jeden 2. oder 3. Tag ok, aber wenn man neue Tücher bestellt und diese selber holen muss... geht nicht.
Location and facilities
We were on the 3rd floor advertised with a view of the castle which is true but you can only see the castle if you stand right in front of the window as it's much higher up than the room.
