Walking distance to anywhere you’d want to go,
Fantastic and modern room - no complaints
When checking in however the receptionist had asked if I was Ukrainian or Russian because of my last name - I’m English so didn’t really appreciate the question but I imagine if I was Ukrainian I’d be quite upset if someone had asked me if I was Russian and vice versa.
Other than that everything was fantastic!
The location of this hotel was fab, just a short walk anywhere. Really quiet and safe location. The decorating in there is wonderful and the staff we spoke to were really helpful and amenable. The smell when you walk in to the hotel is gorgeous too.
There are some fabulous touches in the room, and umbrella to use, a water bottle to keep water cold in the fridge, nice eco friendly toilet paper, and the shower was fabulous along with the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.. the room was large and gave us plenty of space. Even with the table and chairs in there which we found great to sit at with our delicious cake from the local shops. The bed was comfortable too.
The heating in the room was difficult to use and really didnt get very warm in there. Which in February did leave us quite cool in the room most of the time. There isn't really enough tea coffee sugar etc on arrival but they were made available to us whenever we asked

Não temos palavras exatas, só estando lá pra saber. Fomos duas mulheres sozinhas, e a segurança e tranquilidade que sentimos foi simplesmente incrível. Café da manhã simplesmente delicioso, tudo fresco, local limpo, quarto impecável e silencioso. Localização é um sonho, exatamente em frente ao Castelo. A pé da pra ir pra qualquer lugar da cidade velha e principais pontos. Vista dos quartos, mesmo pra cidade, é linda. Janela solar no teto do quarto é um otimo ponto de ventilação, sem contar a iluminação (opcional, pois ela tambem possui um toldo para bloquear a luz). Porta dos quartos tem uma tranca interna que facilita a sensação de segurança. Um dos melhores hoteis que ja fiquei, supera muitos 5 Stars que tem por aí.
Tivemos 0 reclamações, tudo foi muito melhor do que o esperado.

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Dichtbij Edinburgh Castle.
Het personeel is geweldig. Behulpzaam en gastvrij. We voelde ons direct thuis.
Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt is verkrijgbaar.
De kamer was schoon en ruim genoeg. De kleine keuken is handig en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.
De badkamer was klein maar schoon met goede douche.
Ik zou hier zeker opnieuw boeken.
De bedden lagen goed maar de kussens waren niet zo fijn. Wij verbleven hier 6 nachten. Een keer schoonmaak had prettig geweest. Al was het om even te stofzuigen.
