Please note that linen is not changed daily. For stays over seven days, linen is changed on the fourth day of stay and then weekly after. For stays of less than seven days, there will be no linen changes. However, towels and bedding are available from the reception at no extra cost.

A cleaning service is available upon request for stays of less than 7 nights at an additional charge of GBP 35 for one-bedroom apartments, and GBP 45 for two-bedroom apartments.

A complimentary cleaning service is offered on the 4th day for stays of one week or more, and once a week thereafter.

Convenient location with clean and comfortable apartments.
Pros:

Functional modern accommodation walking distance to the Castle, Royal Mile and restaurants. My wife, son and I had a nice 1 night stay.

Sehr gutes und sauberes Appartement-Hotel in bester Lage mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach super. Im Hinterhof viel Ruhe. 200 m vom Grassmarket und 500 m (Schätzung) vom Edinburgh Caste entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal. Ruhiges Ambiente.

Cons:

Die Bestuhlung in den Appartements war nicht sonderlich bequem. Der Zugang zu beiden Bettseiten eingeschränkt. Ansonsten nur Kleinigkeiten, die zu vernachlässigen sind und bei denen man bei Ansprache sicherlich Abhilfe geschaffen hätte.

Gute Unterkunft in Toplage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings nichts für späte Gäste (Rührei war kalt). Die Lage ist Top. Unmittelbar zu Grassmarket und Edinburgh Castle.

Cons:

Die Bestuhlung auf den Zimmern war nicht sonderlich bequem.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They did their best to support us whenever we needed assistance, which we truly appreciated. The location is also very convenient for exploring Edinburgh

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than expected and the photos online were misleading and did not reflect the reality of the room. When we first entered the room, there was a very unpleasant smell. There was almost no space to place luggage and no suitable luggage stand or storage solution. In a room designed for two people, access around the bed was extremely limited, making movement difficult for the second guest. The bed was also unusually high and uncomfortable to get in and out of. The stools provided for sitting were very uncomfortable. I would genuinely recommend that hotel management spend one night in this room to experience the guest perspective firsthand. Additionally, I wanted to speak with the manager during our stay, but despite seeing and hearing me, they did not approach or engage with me.

No blankets just heavy hot down comforters. But to be fair EVERY place we stayed only had those. They are far too hot!!!

Would not stay at Wilde aparthotels ever again
Pros:

The location is the only nice good about the place. One person Beth is helpful and kind rest of the staff is not. They told us to get our partners to help with the luggage. Horrible price! Cant get a simple thing like toast and coffee!the only option is full breakfast or breakfast with hot buffet.

Cons:

Rooms are noisey and air conditioning didn't work ! The bathrooms have no place to get ready. The rooms are in a strange shape very very difficult to use.

Quiet location close enough to everything which is well-maintained and run by a great team
Pros:

The location is a little distance away from the main action of the city but a pleasant walk and a quiet location. The room was spotlessly clean, there was a well equipped, quality kitchenette with thoughtful additions such as a refillable glass bottle for water, mini bottles of milk, coffee and tea for a couple of days. I booked a twin-room which had plenty of clever storage built into the base of the beds, very well thought out. A small table and 2 chairs offered a small sitting area. Bathroom had a built-in shower which was of good quality and well maintained.

Cons:

Courtyard view unfortunately exposed to noise of garbage collection early mornings (but short-lived). The main lights were either all off or all on - some variance would have been welcome. Heating system was either not working or complicated to work out but I'm sure it would have been looked at if we had notified the friendly team. These really are only small things as the majority of the stay was super pleasant :)
