Ottima posizione per visitare a piedi Madrid. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Sistemazione ottima con 2 camere e 2 bagni. Abbiamo apprezzato molto biscotti, cialde di caffè e bottiglie di acqua. Consigliatissimo per 4 persone.

Forse migliorare la produzione di acqua calda, termina velocemente per 4 persone.

Okay place to stay, be sure you get the registration done before arriving.
Pros:

It was comfortable for a family of four. A master bedroom with a king bed, and a separate bedroom with two twin beds.
It also had a usable kitchen, and a den.
Two full bathrooms, one for each bedroom.
They provided bottled water and cookies.
A very short walk to the metro.

Cons:

The master bedroom had a shower door that was blocked by the toilet. It was barely usable.
The hot water was sporadic.
There was no front desk, it was an apartment. They do answer the phone, though.
We think they forgot to send us the paperwork needed to register (or I didn't find it). Therefore we were not allowed in. I needed to fill it all out on my phone before they would let us in. That was no fun.
The neighborhood is not great for tourists, but we did find a few good restaurants in walking distance.

Pros:

Absolutamente nada. No pudimos disfrutar de él, puesto que no funcionaba ni el agua caliente, ni la calefacción. Un verdadero desastre . Cogíamos un vuelo para madrid por la mañana y estuvimos intentando sin éxito resolver estas anomalías .

Cons:

Nada. Después del despropósito de no haber agua caliente y no haber forma de solucionarlo todo lo demás huelga . No se lo aconsejo absolutamente a ningún viajero .

La ubicación es inmejorable. Decoración muy cuidada Buen colchón, toallas, almohadas.
El detalle de las galletas de bienvenida muy bien

No hay posibilidad de dejar las maletas en consigna.
El portal del edificio huele realmente mal (el apartamento no, sólo la entrada al edificio)
El segundo día no había agua caliente en la ducha

Molt bona ubicació, en una zona molt agradable, i un apartament modern i ben equipat

M'ha agradat la situació i la facilitat d'accés. En conjunt, l'apartament és confortable.

Cons:

Doncs tenia petits detalls poc cuidats: per exemple, el portarotllos del paper WC del bany en suite estava que queia, els lavabos una mica embussats i havies de treure el tap per a que funcionessin, la calefacció no estava posada (ni van preguntar si ho volia), una de les lamparetes de la tauleta de nit no funcionava (bombetes foses). No són coses molt importants, però influeixen en l'experiència de l'estada.

Sitio fantástico que necesita un poco de mantenimiento.
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria y bien comunicada.
El diseño y el ambiente del apartamento es muy agradable y cultural. Aunque un poco estrecho; las camas amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

El grifo de la ducha no funcionaba, solo pudimos utilizar la alcachofa de techo. Además el agua caliente se terminó antes de que nos pudiéramos duchar las 4 personas alojadas.

Tienen buenos detalles pero le falta mantenimiento. La cafetera perdía agua y el suelo se encharcó. Y el calentador de leche no funcionaba.
