Smart flat in lovely area
Pros:

Really great location, good communication from the owners and easy access. The room was clean, comfy and a wee bit different. It has everything you need for a short stay. Sliding doors give privacy between sitting area and bed, a nice bonus.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working during the first day. They locked the door, changed the password and we couldn’t enter the room during 3 hours. We were waiting outside the apartment in the cold weather with a child. They forced to move in a different apartment on the second day, which was not in the city center, it was terrible apartment, we booked the different apartment in the city center and they forced us to move to a different apartment.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente porque está muy céntrico y muy cerca para ver los lugares más interesantes de Madrid. Además, quiero añadir que los empleados del hotel no pueden ser más agradables. Gracias a todos por su hospitalidad y simpatía.

Очень удобное расположение , близко метро,в пешей доступности многие достопримечательности ,
магазины и разные заведения. Удобная большая кровать,с отличным матрасом,тихо,не слышно соседей,и шума с улицы

En ein centre d'un quartier animé où tout se fait à pied !
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la vie madrilène ! J'adore !
L'appartement est joliment décoré, confortable et équipé
Facilite pour l'arrivée

Cons:

Pas de connexion internet dans l'appartement alors que j'avais le signal des autres appartements en location de la même agence
J'ai régulièrement contacté l'agence qui m'a annoncé faire quelque chose mais je n'ai jamais eu de signal pour l'appartement numéro 5.

In die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage. Metro 1 direkt vor der Haustür. 13 Minuten zu Fuß zum Plaza mayor, 10 Minuten zum prado Museum.
Tapasbar, Supermarkt und Frühstückslokale in der Nähe.
Die Dusche (top Wasserdruck) und Nettgröße.

Cons:

Die 8,1 Bewertung kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen. 4 Sterne auch nicht. Hier würde ich maximal 3 Sterne vergeben (und nur 6 von 10).
Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen. Tisch, Klo, Abfalleimer wackeln. Besser keinen Blick in Ecken oder auf Sockelleisten werfen. Wie bei vielen barrierefreie Duschen, schwimmt das Bad nach dem Duschen.
Angeblich ist das Apartment auch für 4 geeignet. 2 müssten auf der ausziehbaren Couch schlafen. Diese fand ich sehr ekelig, da hätte ich sicher nicht drauf schlafen wollen. Bad und Küche sind sehr klein. Der "wohn-/schlafbereich" war für 2 Personen geräumig, aber für 4 recht eng.
Ich habe nach "mit Balkon" gefiltert. Zu behaupten, dass die etwas breitere Fensterbank ein Balkon sein soll, finde ich frech bzw. gelogen. Das geht auch nicht als französischer Balkon durch!
Die Klimaanlage war auf 18° eingestellt (bei 12° Außentemperatur). Vielleicht nur für Deutsche zu kalt. Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr träge.
Es hätte auch sauberer sein können. Die Handtücher waren z.T. fleckig. Und haben Sie schon mal an den Handtüchern gerochen?!
Schränke waren nicht gewischt, das kann man vielleicht noch verzeihen aber der Tisch war nicht mal gewischt.
4 nespresso kapseln und ein teebeutel für 2 Personen und 5 Tage finde ich auch schwach.
Personal haben wir keins angetroffen. Rezeption ist angeblich von 15 bis 18 Uhr besetzt. Wir haben niemanden gesehen. Es gibt keine Schlüssel oder Karten. Nur einen pin. Daher muss vorher der Personalausweis gescannt werden.
Check in ist erst ab 15 Uhr möglich (oder nach vorheriger Absprache). Wir waren um 14:45 Uhr am Apartment, da hat der PIN noch nicht funktioniert.
