Maria și întreg personalul sunt oameni de excepție, politicosi și dornici sa ajute. Ai mereu la dispoziție apa potabila rece, atât în frigider cât și la salonul de mese, numlipseste cafeaua, ceaiul, brioșe, tot timpul. De asemenea pun la dispoziție, gratuit, prosoape de baie, scaune de plaja, umbrele de soare. Curățenia este impecabila, zilnic, poate mai ok decât la unele hoteluri de renume. Într-un cuvânt, super!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Sowohl der Strand als auch die Innenstadt sind in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig.
Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und die Speisen immer frisch. Besonders gut fanden wir den Kaffeeautomaten mit wirklich leckerem Kaffee, den man jederzeit nutzen konnte. Auch der Wasserspender war ein toller Service.
Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, für uns aber absolut ausreichend. Viel wichtiger war uns die Sauberkeit – und die war einwandfrei. Die Klimaanlage hat hervorragend gekühlt und war dabei angenehm leise. Zusätzlich gab es einen Deckenventilator, was wir super fanden. Die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert, sodass man von draußen kaum etwas hört. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bettwäsche immer frisch.
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Verleih von Klappstühlen, Sonnenschirmen und Strandtüchern. So muss man am Strand nicht jeden Tag Geld für Liegen und Schirm ausgeben.
Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das gesamte Team – vor allem an Maria. Sie ist unglaublich herzlich, hat immer ein offenes Ohr, gibt tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und sorgt mit ihrer fröhlichen Art dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Natürlich gilt unser Dank auch allen anderen Mitarbeitenden, die jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit waren.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was an amazing experience! Would warmly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to spend a holiday in Benidorm, it's very close to the beach and the breakfast is spectacular. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Castillo. We felt welcome the moment we stepped in, Maria is such a wonderful host. She made sure we were taken care of and gave us a lot of tips about exploring the city. Our room was perfect for two. It was clean and we liked having a balcony with the drying rack for our towels and clothing. The hotel itself is still quite new and has cute charming little touches. They do a wonderful job with the included breakfast and we very much enjoyed having this bonus at the hotel. You can also borrow beach umbrellas and towels free of charge. Thank you to Hotel Castillo and Maria for making our stay exceptional! We would stay here again!

El trato recibido por el personal espectacular, María y el resto de trabajadores son encantadores y siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesites facilitando todo lo necesario.
El parking hay que reservarlo y pagarlo aparte, está a solo 5 minutos caminando del hotel. Te prestan sillas de playa y sombrilla si lo necesitas sin ningún cargo. Habitación tal cual las fotos, limpia y amplia en nuestro caso para dos personas. El desayuno estupendo con fruta, embutidos pan tostado, Croisant, huevos, zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido.
Máquina de café disponible en todo momento y magdalenas. Botella de agua en la habitación que reponen cada día. Está muy bien situado a 200 metros de la playa de poniente. En el centro justo entre las dos playas con comercios y todo
lo necesario alrededor. Si tengo que volver a Benidorm no tendré dudas en alojarme aquí de nuevo.

We were welcomed by the kindest lady you could imagine. Maria suddenly appeared on the sidewalk to help us with parking and even insisted on carrying our heavy suitcases despite her petite stature. Every member of the staff was warm, smiling, and eager to help with anything we needed. We were even able to borrow everything we needed for a day at the beach. The following morning, breakfast was served with a level of hospitality and genuine care unlike anything we've experienced before.

Maria was so kind to me from the moment I entered the hotel. She went the extra mile to ensure my safety as a solo female traveler and I felt so safe here. Breakfast was incredible and the staff were attentive and kind. If ever I am back in Benidorm, I will be booking here to stay. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and I had a lovely 3 nights here. Thank you for being so kind to me Maria, I am so grateful for everything you did for me.
