Cons:

Chỗ ở không đáng tiền, phòng không như hình ảnh đã đăng trên mạng. Thái độ phục vụ khách hàng rất là tệ & hách dịch. Nệm thì bẩn, phòng thì kiến rất nhiều, máy lạnh chảy nước. Phản hồi thì ko thấy support. Nhân viên kêu tự làm

Neighbors property is rebuilding, dusted, and very noisy. I'm not recommended at this time.

Bad communication, no checking guidance in advance.Although leaving a note late checking but no staff or guidance info. It's hard for old people to check in and enter the house with many lock codes.

The rooms were clean and the staff helped us timely when we tried to check-in. Location is perfect next to district 1

The rooms definitely need a renovation but l guess that’s what you get for a cheap price in Vietnam.
