De accommodatie straalt een heel aangename en huiselijke sfeer uit. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Einfach alles. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und gehen auf alles ein. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten sich abends Essen zuzubereiten und kann bei frisch gezapften Bier den Abend mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht auf den Zion ausklingen lassen.

Eine rundum tolle Lodge !

We stayed at Zion Cliff Lodge on June 6. After driving more than 7 hours, we arrived around 6 PM and found that the room we booked did not have a private bathroom.

I would like to acknowledge that I also had some responsibility in this situation. When I first viewed the booking page on Booking.com, I did not notice clearly that this specific room did not include a private bathroom. However, the room details were not presented clearly to me, and the listing information gave the impression that bathroom facilities were included. For a family of four with two adults and two teenagers, staying in a room without a private bathroom was not a practical option.

Because we arrived in the evening and there was no staff available onsite, we contacted the owner by phone. During our conversation, the owner offered to change our room to a king-size room with a private bathroom. However, since we were four people, one king-size bed was not suitable for us. We explained this to the owner, and it was the owner himself who told us that if we decided not to stay, he would refund our payment. Based on his statement and promise, we made the decision to leave and find another place to stay.

Later during our trip, we contacted the owner again regarding the refund. He told us that he could not refund us because Booking.com had not paid him yet. We then contacted Booking.com, and they explained that they do not hold the money and that the refund decision must come from the property. Booking.com also informed us that when they contacted the property, the staff said they had never approved any refund.

This was very frustrating because the information from the property and Booking.com was completely inconsistent. We contacted the owner multiple times, and each time he told us he would refund us. However, when we asked him to provide written confirmation by email and explained that we could provide our communication records with Booking.com, he ended the phone call.

Ein ungewöhnlich großes, toll und individuell ausgestattetes Zimmer, Bad mit Poolwanne, großer Balkon, Blick auf große Felsformationen, außergewöhnlich freundlicher Host, individuell gestaltetes wunderbares Haus. Nur zu empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte zum Entspannen auf einer Nationalpark-Tour. Alle Frühstücksbestandteile und Getränke waren ganztägig verfügbar.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la beauté du lodge et la gentillesse de Shem et de sa compagne qui font tout pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Une magnifique chambre mise à disposition, les petits déjeuners, les échanges.
Même si le logement est un peu loin du parc national de Zion, on a plaisir à retrouver le calme et la beauté des lieux aux alentours.
Hurricane n'est pas très loin, surtout sur les routes américaines pour les quelques compléments nécessaires

The quiet, clean rooms, beautiful interior, hospitality, and thoughtful and yummy breakfast/snack food.

Both the Lodge and Shem were great! Me and a friend only had the one night but we really enjoyed our stay. The Lodge itself is lovely, great indoor and outdoor spaces to chill out and relax. The rooms were spotless and a really good size. Not all rooms have their own private bathrooms but as it was quiet, Shem graciously swapped us to different rooms. Shem is great too, really warm and friendly welcome. Happy to recommend.

It's a quaint lodge, like a BnB. I loved it! Very comfy and welcoming. It's a great home base.

The lodge is impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed with beautiful wooden craftsmanship, and offers the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind after a long day. The hosts were exceptionally warm and hospitable. Highly recommend this place.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die mit voller Leidenschaft und mit vielen Details es den Gästen sehr annehmlich gestalten.
Die offene Küche und das 24/7 Buffet sind toll. Es ist sehr sauber und alles mit Liebe gestaltet.

The Property was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable to stay at after a very long drive. The lodge was well stocked with 24hr access to snacks, and beverages. The room was clean and quiet and had plenty of towels, and soft robes to wrap up in! Overall, this is a great place to stop and decompress when you’re on the road for hours on end. The lodge is a very homey place and brings that comforting space to you unlike a normal hotel.
