ゴミが放置されてた
トイレやベッドは一見きれいに見えるが、エアコンやトイレの換気扇はホコリまみれ、電子レンジの中は食べ物のカスがそのまま、キッチンのシンク下の扉や寝室の扉に何かが飛び散った汚れがそのまま。非常に汚い。安かろう悪かろうの宿。
波の上ビーチ近いから良かった。
水着洗えて良かった。
しかし…洗濯機、乾燥機有るのは言いが、毎度埃ゴミを取って欲しい。赤の他人の客の掃除する羽目に…目詰まりで、乾燥機の中のフィルターの埃取りを目詰まり停止したので、させて頂きました。洗濯機も、赤の他人のフィルターに溜まってたのが嫌でゴミ取りもした。
風俗街のど真ん中で外出するたびに呼び込みに会いました。値段は安いです。シャワーしかなくバスタブはありませんでした。
よかった
カーテンのカビや掃除したら落ちる汚れがそのままなのが気になりました。
場所にこだわらなければ値段は安いです
ホテルの場所とチェックインの場所が違うのが一番の不満点、事前に知らせてほしい。
周りは風俗街なので用事のない人にはオススメしません。
周辺施設が夫婦で泊まるには少し不適切だった。
Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID.
The toilet was very nice, the shower was not. Water pressure was terrible. I didn't realize this place was in the heart of soapland. Stay at a different Mr. Kinjo.
そこまで良くはない。
初めて利用しましたが、お部屋もお風呂も御手洗も凄く清潔感があって過ごしやすかったです｡フロントの方も丁寧で素敵でした(^^)質問にも笑顔で答えてくれてありがとうございましたm(_ _)mまた利用しますのでその時は宜しくお願いしますm(_ _)m
お部屋にクイックルワイパーとかあったらいいです

寝るだけの方にはおすすめで、とても清潔で快適です！
HPの写真と全然違う
清潔にして頂き有難うございます。クリーンスタッフも可愛かったです。
ホテルの部屋は設備が整っていて、綺麗でした！が辻なのでやはり、周囲のお店と治安が気になりました。ご家族やカップルで行くよりは一人で行くほうが良いかなと。。
あとエレベーターの匂いが気になりました。
チェックイン鍵の受け渡し以外は利便性よいです！
お部屋も新築で清潔なホテルです。
金城グループ、2度目の利用。前回は良かった。今回は店員の質の悪さを知りました。グーグルマップでホテルの場所を検索したところ、全く違う場所に到着。しかし、グーグルではホテル名、店名、誤りなく写真まで掲載されている。何か対応をしていただけないかお願いしたところ、間違えたお前が悪いと言わんばかりの対応。前回良かっただけに心底失望しました。
最寄駅から10ー15分は掛かりますので、夏場は大変です。また、周辺の飲食店も少ないです。
あとは、チェックインは400mほど離れた場所で行う必要があり、その事に対する説明がなかったと思います。その為、宿泊先に到着→チェックイン場所に移動して部屋の鍵を受け取る→宿泊先に戻るという流れになりました。
宿泊先とチェックインをする場所が異なる旨の説明を分かりやすく記載してほしかったです。
