Cons:

Cleanliness was poor, bed linen was raised as a concern and room rejected on arrival, hallways to room walls very worn appearance, scuffs and marks in the paint, i was expecting a fresher look not a tired,

Menu in reception bar area was very limited for EMEA based people, could be improved, food quality ( mini burgers ) was very poor and could not eat the beef, lots of sinue in the beef patty...

Great staff ! Good food at Madayaw Cafe.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and warm from front desk , housekeeping and spa . The restaurant staff at Madayaw Cafe were exceptional in delivering requested services .

Cons:

The room we’re in has a moldy smell we ignored at first . We were booked for 3 nights & on the 3rd day we found molds under the bathroom sink walls. We took pictures and showed it to the front desk to bring it to their attention. Molds are unhealthy for our health.

After check in at Front Desk, the Desk Officer should clearly mention which Lift / Elevator to use at the right wing if East or South podium.
