Disappointing,Terrible experience

Property is old and in need of renovation, The room smells damp, the AC ducts are leaking all over the property,It has a major problem with Pigeons everywhere especially around pool area, The pool itself is a health hazard with feces from pigeons floating. Large majority of staff have no idea what they are doing. Having stayed in various Dusit locations including Manila this is not a good representation of the brand.

la moitié des offres avaient ete consommées

j ai du a plusieurs reprises réclamer des croissants pains au chocolat avec une attente certaine pour RIEN
chercher plusieurs minutes des assiettes attendre cinq bonnes minutes que une table soit non pas libre mais nettoyée
la chambre était louée pour deux personnes et la facture a ete payer comme telle MAIS il n y avait que
serviettes savons sortie de bain pour UNE personne

I recently spent an overnight stay at the Dusit Thani Residences with my fiancee to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and offers top-notch amenities, making it the perfect place for a special celebration.

The major highlight of our stay was the Executive Club Lounge. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, but it was the staff that made it truly memorable. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Kevin, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my birthday stay was comfortable, paying attention to every detail and always greeting us with a genuine, warm smile. It is rare to find that level of dedicated, personalized care, and Kevin truly made us feel like VIPs.

Between the stunning accommodations and the flawless service at the Club Lounge, Dusit Thani Residences made my birthday incredibly special. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to return!
