Receptionist handle the reservation well but disappointed to see that they have marked not check in as I received the mail.

Have free basement parking

Cons:

Room heaters were charged extra. Hot Gyeser water was only available in bath tap, but not the hand wash tap. No bathroom slippers. It was hard to manage cold without a room heater. They also don’t accept credit cards which was a huge inconvenience.
