Not a good Experience
Pros:

To be honest, I didn't like anything.

Cons:

I did not like even a single thing. Sorry to say but it was not a good stay at all. I don't know what was wrong with the staff, instead of giving a normal reply there was a man who was showing attitude. Also , reception wasn't present 24/7. Check in time is too late. Washrooms had no ventilation, so they were stinking a lot after one use.

The location and the rooms .

We recently stayed at this hotel to visit Kainchi Dham. And Nainital.We reached the hotel around 8:00–9:30 AM, and since the official check-in time was 1:00 PM, we understood that we might have to wait. However, the room they eventually provided was in an extremely unacceptable condition.
It was clearly not properly cleaned after the previous guest. The washroom was especially unhygienic, and we had to clean it ourselves three to four times just to make it usable. What was more disappointing was the complete lack of initiative from the hotel staff. There was no proper assistance or effort from their side to resolve the situation—we had to manage everything ourselves.
We are paying for a hotel room specifically to receive a clean, hygienic and comfortable space. Having to clean a dirty washroom ourselves after travelling is honestly disgusting and completely defeats the purpose of staying at a hotel.
The location may be convenient, but cleanliness, basic hygiene and guest service should never be compromised. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that rooms are properly inspected and cleaned before handing them over to guests.
