Amazing 10 days stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Easy to access the public transportation. Line 7 and 205 takes you to Nishiki matket or to kyoto station. Subway also very close.

Great for a night or two, but wouldn’t stay longer
Pros:

Great location, clean, the first two staff we encountered were amazingly helpful.

Cons:

Great location, room was tiny, but set up where it was almost impossible to open a clamshell style suitcase, and being able to open the main door, door to the bathroom without moving it every single time. Staff at the front desk on the last morning, super unhelpful when we tried to book a taxi to the airport. Other staff said please come to the desk and we will help and was super easy to get a taxi. He was downright rude about it and just pointed to a phone across the lobby and said call them.

Ok, but overpriced
Pros:

Location was pretty good and quiet.

Cons:

No luggage service, no storing or sending of your luggage, do it yourself. 1st floor rooms are with closed windows with barely any sunlight. Ventilation is poor. Self-serve laundry is till 11 and queued most of the time, not organized. Overall you can find much better value for this price

Perfect base for exploring old Kyoto
Pros:

Amazing location on the canal - beautiful flowers and a quiet place to stay. Great walking distance from the river, temples, and food/shopping! Our twin bed room was great for 2 people.

仕事先から近かく、スーパーも近所にあり良かったです

Cons:

交通の便が少し悪かったですが、それ以外は良かったです。
サイトの都合かもしれませんが、チケット購入時の金額表示が税抜価格なことや、チェックイン時に宿泊税が取られることはもっと大きく明記していただけると嬉しいです。
