Pros:

Приятное обслуживание, вкусные завтраки, расположение это плюсы

Cons:

Плохая шумоизоляция, в соседнем номере человек разговаривает по телефону, слышно так будто он рядом сидит, двухспальная кровать с 2 разными матрасами! Которые постоянно разъезжаются!

Pros:

Все отлично. Отличное соотношение цена и качество. Отличный персонал только на кухне хотелось бы , чтобы чуть улыбались. Расположение удобное от жд станции Астана -1 в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Pros:

Отель понравился, чистая постель, хороший душ, атмосфера и климат хороший, не жарко. Отдыхать было комфортно.

Cons:

В дверях в ваннаях нет резинок, поэтому очень громко хлопают двери.

Переждать непогоду сойдет. Берите дороже, возможно, будет хорошо. А может даже отлично, этого мы уже сказать не можем

Ступеньки парадного входа во льду (оч было опасно). Телевизор работал через раз (но он без смарт вообще не нужен). В общем, очень средненько

Cons:

Отель не гарантирует, что вы сможете спать в тишине. В соседнем номере всю ночь была пьянка, шум, смех. На что руководитель отеля, сказал "ну это же предпраздничный день". Пьянка шла до 5 утра и я регулярно звонила на ресепшен, но ничего не было предложено для моего комфортного пребывания. Руководство отеля, которое для решения моих претензий я ждала 3 дня не извинилось от слово совсем, нагрубили и только, сказав "ну вы же не съехали, значит все устроило". Интересно, а куда должна была я съехать в 5 утра?

На завтрак вам подадут недожаренные яйца, где белок будет как слизь, хлеб далеко не первой свежести и растворимы кофе, который даже по концентрации будет насыпано недостаточно. и прекрасная сосиска вкуса бумаги.

Сам номер далеко не первой свежести: убитая сантехника, облупившийся ремонт и самое тонкое постельное белье. старые полотенца цвета половых тряпок.
