Clean room

Staff were great. Hotel was very clean. Could walk easily to the Old Port (18 minutes) and to other sites/areas nearby such as Le Panier.

The property and the room were both clean and the room was spacious, with an attached kitchenette. What I was disappointed with was that tea and coffee were only provided for the first night's stay, which I learned when I asked for tea/coffee on the second night (the staff member was very kind to give me some despite this rule). For a four star hotel, rationing tea/coffee for only one night is very cheap and falls below the standard I would expect for this star rating.

A comfortable place to stay in Marseille within easy walking distance of the station.

Bathroom mirror needs replacing as the water has destroyed the backing. The shower showerhead needs fixing and you need better pillows. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very, very clean.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, viel Platz, gute Klimaanlage. Wir hatten Studio zum Hof, das war sehr ruhig. Gute Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt, nur 10 Minuten vom Mucem.

Very good location for exploring Marseille. Friendly and very professional staff. Our stay in Marseille was very pleasant.

Séjour parfait dans cet établissement, idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. La Major, des restaurants, une supérette, station de métro, tram et bus à proximité à pied. Vieux Port à une vingtaine de minutes à pied également.
Le studio Executive est excellent, insonorisé et climatisé. Parfait pour se reposer après de longues journées de balades ensoleillées. Le coin cuisine est très pratique pour se préparer à manger, même si nous n'avons préparé que des salades. :-)
Si vous optez pour la formule Executive, des snacks salés et sucrés ainsi que des boissons fraîches, thé, dosettes Nescafé et capsules Nespresso sont inclus pendant le séjour. Pour l'apéro et le petit déjeuner, c'était un vrai plus, nous avons apprécié.
Je recommande sans hésiter!

Confort rating due to hotel putting a control limit on Air Conditioning at 22C. Night sleep was very warm and uncomfortable

Bel appartement avec une chambre fermée. Des boissons sont laissées et des grignotines chaque jour.

Buanderie sur place très pratique. À distance de marche de plusieurs choses.

This is a wonderful property. My room was enormous - all white and immaculate! Large bathroom with both tub and shower, writing desk, dinette table and a complete kitchen with cookware and utensils. The hotel is located on a quiet street just steps away from the Le Panier district. Tram, bus and Metro are within easy walking distance. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional.

Good location, many public transportations easily available. Spacious, clean room, comfortable, softish bed. Air conditioning could not be switched off so there was a constant humming sound. Nice big showerhead.

Nice hotel with good amenities. We had a one bedroom apartment that came with a well-equipped kitchen and complimentary drinks and snacks
