Perfect Location
Pros:

We stayed over Tet Vietnamese New Year when prices go up and it gets really busy this hotel was a fabulous choice over the road from the beach and beach beds (80,000 for a single beds and 150,000 for the 2 beds with an umbrella) its about a 20 min walk into the main part of town but there are plenty of restaurants and mini marts right near the hotel the room was clean. modern, had really comfortable beds and it was spacious I paid extra for a balcony please note if you are booking on an accommodation app some of the rooms say no view which means the window is opposite a wall this was what I got but paid more to upgrade as we were there for a week, 1 night OK but that would have driven me mad if I stayed in it for a week. Breakfast was great one of the better ones with lots of choice. There is a pool on the roof but it's covered from the sun nearly all day and there is a gym with a few machines in it. There is cable TV so we got to watch a few English films which was a treat. In my opinion a great hotel.

Amazing experience and top level service
Pros:

We booked this hotel for 3 days and ended up staying 8 days :-) prime location while having quiet rooms... comfortable beds, good breakfast... all in all a real 4 star hotel.

But besides all of that, what we really appreciated was the service at the reception. All the crew was amazing and helpful with any issue we might have (and unfortunately we had quite a few of them with VietJet canceling our flight, calling the embassy etc) and not only that - everything was with a smile that makes you feel welcomed and in great hands. We would like to especially thank Vi from the reception that helped us in any situation and to her manager.

Thank you all for the wonderful work you do.

To all our fellow travelers Nalicas hotel is the place where you'll be welcomed and taken care of and we highly recommend it.
