The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location is OK. Lots of great restaurants nearby and you can also order on Grab.

The room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable though, and in hindsight I wish I spent more money.

I'm not sure if this place provides good value for money compared to others in the area since it was my first time in the city - but I'd recommend getting a more expensive place if you can afford it and you value a good nights sleep and air circulation.

The reviews on Booking.com really oversell this place. It was fine, but I expected it to be more comfortable based on the reviews.

Let me put it this way: it is NEVER a good sign if a place has to bribe their guest with free drinks to leave a good tripadvisor review.
We travelled Vietnam for 4 weeks and this was the only place that wouldn’t supply complementary water, nor fresh towels on a daily base. The reception staff was not caring about the issues in our room at all. The beds are hard as a rock and the location is literally at the very border of district 1. Trust me - you can get something better for your money in HCMC!!!

Me and my wife choose the Apartment while visiting Ho Chi Minh during January first. The apartment is conveniently located (near about 1 KM from Major tourist attractions like War Museum and independence palace) and near the park, while you will have a narrow allay to reach the apartment and its a bit difficult to find the apartment if you are looking for something on the roadside.

The room we stayed is quite small, and does not have access to sunlight (for most rooms I presume) but have all functional kitchen gadgets that you might need. Surprisingly, they charges a lot for using washing machine (around 2 USD/killo) which I haven't found in most of the homestays and around 3 USD for extra hours of stay. The front desk is responsive, but you need to ask for everything that you might need (like complementary water bottles, room clean up etc.). Besides, the no blankets were provided, rather a comforter (un) was found inside the room. Besides, the terrace is not of any use at all being very small. Beside, don't get confused with number of reviews, they pays for review literally on different site.

If you need a place near city with basic amenities, this can be an option. Otherwise, best of luck with ur searching to a more convenient homestay.

Pretty, furnished and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and very comfortable. A cozy place in the busy city of Saigon. The room came with a TV, microwave, fridge and hot shower.

Charming hotel with extremely receptive and responsive personnel. Almost all of my requests were regularly solved. Very clean and comfortable room. Location is in the heart of the city making it easy to move around. The hotel staff was attentive and extremely accommodating. I had a fantastic stay. I will visit this hotel again.

Would definitely give this boutique apartment more than 5 stars if I could. Location is central, easy access to all amenities such as restaurants, parks, popular tourist attractions and so on. The apartments itself are priced very reasonably (I would say one of the cheapest rates you can get based on comparable locations & quality). Apartments are newly built, clean and very cosy which well suit all solo traveller or couples and families. Service is exceptional, Wesley and her team would go extra miles to help and answer any queries. Thank you guys for accommodating such wonderful stays in HCM city, will come back soon.

Great location and excellent staff. The room we stayed in was huge. Very close to Banh Xeo 46A and Turtle Park if you are a foodie. Only downside was that the beds were very firm in our room.

I am glad that we decided to stay here as the receptionists are extremely friendly, informative and extremely accommodating! They also speak good English. The hotel is quite new, clean and closed to nearly everything. The beds are comfy and also the bedsheet is soft and smells nice. The brand new coffee shop is now being set up downstairs. Hope it will be done before our next visit.

The location good, in walking distance of markets, museums and nice restaurants and bars. The apartments are very clean, nice equipped and great. The staff is very friendly and speak good English. They really want to help you with everything! We highly recommend Estelle Boutique.

This place is newly built so all the facilities are new and functioning well. Room decoration is lovely and modern. We have a small, fully equipped kitchen in our room, which we never used but pretty useful if we ever think of cooking ourselves something. This boutique hotel is located in a really peaceful area but also walkable to main tourist sights. Wesley and her staff helped us a lot during our stay on showing us where to go, booking buses and also tours. If we ever come to in Ho Chi Minh again, we will certainly head back to this place!

Our stay at Estelle boutique was fantastic from start to finish, the location was excellent with everything really close by and the staff were the most helpful and nice we have encountered in the whole of SE Asia, the rooms were nice and spacious and I would certainly recommend staying here... on our last day I left my IPad and bank cards in the safe and I would like to give a special mention to Tai who was the nicest and most helpful man I have met already before this incident and he went above and beyond to get my IPad and bank cards back to me by posting my things up to Hoi An for me and refused to take any sort of payment for doing so, amazing people and an amazing place, I will be coming back on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh!

After reading such good reviews about this place we were excited about our stay. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. We made the hotel aware we were arriving early morning, but were told we have to wait until 2pm (8 hour wait) until our room was ready.
We had booked an apartment with terrace, the “terrace” was in-fact a picnic bench in a cubby hole, you wouldn’t fit more than one person in there. The “apartment” had no window and was one room with a kitchenette - very misleading advertising on booking.com especially considering the pictures provided. The television in the room did not work, and after several hours and miss communications with the staff we finally got a working wifi password, as the one provided was incorrect. The mattress on the bed was extremely, extremely hard, and the sheet was a waterproof “blanket” that did not fit on the bed.
The location was okay- advertised in district one but do your research. About a 30 minute walk from all the main attractions, but still close to local shops. Oh we also had a resident gecko, just to top it all off.
Overall we left Ho Chi Minh City feeling disappointed with our stay, and couldn’t help but feeling if we had stayed somewhere else it would have made our visit a lot better. I would advise staying somewhere else!

Majority of the staff speaks good English and very helpful. They helped me with my luggage without asking from check in to check out, which made the my life so much easier as I do travel with lots of things. There is a small beer bar on the ground level which I often spent time and made a lot of new friends throughout the stay. Overall, good stay.

We suggest this particular hotel for amazing interaction skills as well as useful suggestions of Ho Chi Minh town which I'd have definitely missed out on.
Room was spotless clean. We enjoyed the bed, it is very comfortable for people with frequent backpain like us.

I arrived at the hotel quite late. The staff was welcoming as well as gave me the room extremely fast. The room was extremely spacious and comfy, the bathroom was nice and big.
The entire apartment is extremely neat and that is an advantage.
Overall, it does worth every single penny that I spent.

Located 15 mins walk from central attractions but with plenty of shops and eateries within easy walking. In an alley off a very busy road but you can’t hear the noise. Rooms well equipped and very clean, comfy bed and very helpful staff. They were creating a coffee area by reception when we arrived, we were on 2 nd floor and there may be noise from the coffee area. There’s a lift which you can hear but after 11 pm, it was very quiet

I was really lucky to book 24 nights @estelle boutique apartment. This is a new place, the room isn't a simple room. It's fully equipped with a kitchen and a big bathroom, air conditioning works very well and WiFi is fast and stable. You can ask for laundry service and pick up airport if you need. The staff is really friendly and the owner does the work with passion. I definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to stay in Ho Chi Minh :-)
