Wspaniały hotel w Tokyo
Pros:

Wspaniały hotel z doskonałą lokalizacją zarówno do zwiedzania Tokyo jak i do dojazdu z/na lotnisko. Piękny widok z okien na panoramę miasta - a z jadalni nawet na dwie strony. Tuż obok wejścia całodobowy sklep 7/11, bankomat, money exchange i miejsce na szybki posiłek. Wybraliśmy dla czteroosobowej rodziny 2 nieco większe pokoje od standardowych (18m2) co było strzałem w 10 - każdy pokój był dla dwóch osób, mieliśmy więc dwie łazienki i sporo miejsca na walizki - co w Tokyo jest szczególnie cenne. Nie było żadnego problemu z pozostawieniem bagaży - przyjechaliśmy kilka godzin przed standardowym czasem check-in - dało nam to możliwość natychmiastowego rozpoczęcia zwiedzania. Bardzo profesjonalny personel, któremu serdecznie dziękujemy - późno wieczorem mieliśmy losową usterkę techniczną w pokoju - recepcjonista z wielkim zaangażowaniem podszedł do sprawy, a że szybko nie dało się usunąć usterki (późna pora), dostaliśmy od razu na zamianę inny pokój o tym samym standardzie - pełny profesjonalizm hotelu godny docenienia - wzorowe podejście. Na pewno wybierzemy ten hotel przy okazji kolejnej wizyty w Tokyo. Dziękujemy!!! 👍😄

交通方便，房間大小適中。
Pros:

位置非常方便，樓下就有7-11，房間大小不會讓人覺得擁擠，只是棉被有塊小髒污讓人覺得清潔方面待加強。

Cons:

早餐有點小失望。

Not the newest and cleanest hotel but great views, breakfast and staff
Pros:

The hotel is in an unbeatable location, close to Ueno with good connection to public transport and lots of restaurants. The view from the 20th floor is the best part, you won’t get that from any of the observatory decks in Tokyo. The staff at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful (helping with storing luggage, restaurant recommendation, selling stamps for postcards). The breakfast was very good, loved the broad variety of Japanese items.

Cons:

The hotel room wasn’t clean. The carpet is very dirty, the bathroom has not been scrubbed, the ventilators and the AC were full of thick dust. Overall the hotel is quite dated and is in need of a remake.
