フロントの方がとても親切でした。

Cons:

禁煙ルームを予約したのにとてもタバコ臭かった。窓を開け2泊しましたが最後まで臭いはとれず…受験の為、満室とわかっていたのでそのまま宿泊しましたが、残念でした。

あまり清掃が行き届いていない印象
Pros:

手頃な価格でした。近くにスーパーや薬局もあり、バス停や二条城からすぐで便利。客室に電子レンジありました。

Cons:

廊下の音が丸聞こえで、外の音も響いてうるさかったです。トイレが客室、1Fロビー共に汚くて驚きました。
部屋のエアコンがカビ臭かったです。
ガウンが人の汗のような臭いで臭くて着れませんでした。
アメニティは必要最低限、化粧水とか化粧落としとか、女性向けのアメニティは無かったので買いに行きました。
