Gruseliges Landhotel
Pros:

Das Essen war gut und auch preislich war nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so auch das Mobiliar im gesamten Hotel, besonders auf den Zimmern. Dann das winzige Bad wo man sich kaum drehen kann und sich überall anstößt. Eine große Gefahr stellt die Treppe dar, da alles in braun gefliest ist und man höllisch aufpassen muss das man nicht stürzt.
Dann gibt es auf den Zimmern mit Balkon keine Zwischenwände auf dem Balkon, so das man sich ständig beobachtet fühlt.
Außerdem keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe.

Pros:

Nette, zuvorkommend Betreiber, haben für mich rxtra
die Frühstückszeit vorgezogen. Der Ort ist magisch, perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen, wandern wollen, zu sich kommen dürfen

So gut wie nichts, Bett war sehr weich, ist aber mein Problem, jeder mag das anders

Pros:

Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig.
Wir waren einmal etwas später dran da gab es nur noch eine Sorte Wurst und es wurde auch nicht mehr nachgelegt. Auch die Auswahl war etwas dürftig.

Cons:

Die WLAN Verbindung war schlecht.

Das Hotel lag sehr ruhig, unsere Bedienung war aufmerksam, freundlich, umsichtig und außergewöhnlich höflich. Die Auswahl der Gerichte und das Essen war super!

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte mit den Bildern, die zu sehen waren, nicht im entferntesten Ähnlichkeiten. Das Bett und die Wäsche waren frisch und sauber, der Raum hatte jedoch einen muffigen Geruch, wohl durch den Teppich aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Den Wellness Bereich haben wir nicht besucht, da wir gleich von der Rezeption an das elypso in Deggendorf verwiesen wurden.

Scenery can’t be beat
Pros:

The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The place is gorgeous with lots of walking areas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just one more pillow on the bed would’ve been awesome! Feather pillows tend to get very small.

I liked the position.

Cons:

The way we were treated, I found a note in which I was informed that I could not leave the hotel until 5 in the morning, in addition, I found a note in which it was written not to disturb before 5 in the morning. We were treated very badly.

Lovely historic hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, parking for the motorcycle in their garage. Lovely town to explore. Lovely evening meal in the restaurant.

Cons:

Being a old hotel the bedroom floor was very, very creaky. This made us wary of disturbing other guests when walking around the room, particularly in the night visiting the bathroom.

Pros:

Schön war, die Lage im bayrischem Wald, sehr ruhig und die Luft ist gut . Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Aber die Zimmer sind nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen sondern sehr alt. Das Bad ist uralt und grad so funktionstüchtig. Die Teppiche im ganzen Haus sind sehr alt, abgenutzt und man riecht sie. Der Gastraum ist eine dunkle Höhle aus den Siebzigern. Urig ist es schon, aber nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Das Restaurant hat nur für die Gäste offen, dadurch ist kein Leben in der Bude. Die Zimmer wie der Gastraum wurden sehr gut beheizt so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlte. Auf Nachfrage kann man den Wellness Bereich benutzen, man hat aber das Gefühl das es ihnen nicht so recht ist.
Zum Essen: Das Essen ist schwierig zu bewerten denn am ersten Tag war es mittelmäßig, am zweiten Tag schlecht, der Grillteller war eine Lachnummer, Fleisch hart und zäh, das Gemüse wässrig und gnaschig.
Am letzten Tag, Huftsteak vom eigenen Ochsen, ein Traum für den Gaumen.

Frühstück einfach schlecht, sowas setzt man nicht mal im Knast jemanden vor. Täglich das gleiche, 2 Sorten Wurst, billiger Käse und ihr eigener Ochsenschinken. Das Brot war jeden Tag hart, und die alten aufgebackenen Brötchen waren zäh. Der Kaffee war heiß aber dünn. Das Frühstück ist einfach das Geld nicht wert.
Alles in allem, wenn man keine Ansprüche hat, nur zum Übernachten dort ist, kann man es buchen.
Mit Familie und Kinder würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
