Please change your map view that you put about Kuantan. Your real hotel is not in Kuantan, but in KL. Stop to make people confuse and get the money from them like the one you do to me. Scammers!

My last booking i made when i was at Kuantan. The hotel is not in Kuantan it's in Batu Caves, Selangor. Please make my refund. I don't how to contact hotel.com or even OYO. The number provided no answer. Please help me on this.

Pada 22 Ogos saya telah taip Kuantan dalam lokasi carian hotel dan hotel ini telah dicadangkan dalam carian tersebut. Dalam peta lokasi, hotel ini telah diletakkan di Pekan Melayu Kuantan. Selepas membuat bayaran dan apabila menaip nama hotel dalam waze, alangkah terkejutnya saya yang hotel ini sebenarnya terletak di Batu Caves, Selangor. Apa perasan tuan ketika itu?
Saya cuba menghubungi hotel pada kali pertama tapi telah gagal.
Saya kemudian menghubungi Expedia dan dijawab oleh pegawai perhubungan pelanggannya yang menggunakan accent British. Setelah menceritakan apa yang berlaku, beliau berjanji untuk menghubungi saya kembali.
Setelah beberapa ketika, saya cuba menghubungi kembali hotel dan rupanya nombor tersebut adalah nombor umum booking di bawah Oyo.

Beliau memaklumkan bahawa pihak Expedia telah menghubungi pihak Oyo dan saya dinasihatkan untuk menunggu maklum balas Expedia.

Beberapa minit kemudian pihak Expedia menghubungi saya dan memaklumkan bahawa mereka tidak dapat membatalkan tempahan saya kerana booking ini adalah non-refundable.

Jelas di sini pihak expedia dan oyo moonnight hotel telah gagal memahami isu utama
1. Bahawa tempahan dibuat kerana lokasi hotel telah keluar dalam carian di Kuantan.
2. Hotel ini telah salah representasi lokasi mereka. Mereka timbul dalam carian di Kuantan tapi lokasi asal di Batu Caves
3. Jika lokasi memang di Kuantan dan saya yang cancel, munasabah lah untuk tidak refund saya tapi isu di sini bagaimana hotel ini bole
