Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviewers call rooms 'clean and tidy', 'very clean' and note well-kept public areas; a few mention old carpets but overall cleanliness is frequently praised.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (specific mentions of helpful managers and standout staff like 'Karen'); isolated reports of staff being 'a little rude' are outweighed by positive service comments.
Location
7.5
Mixed feedback: some guests say 'great location', while others note the hotel is misleadingly named (not in Philly), isolated, hard to find entrance and limited nearby dining — location is inconsistent for guests.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as comfortable, quiet with good beds, fridge and TV; however some guests note dated decor, odd microwave smells, defective chair, step-over tubs and aging carpets/AC issues.
Amenities
9
Breakfast offering, pool and exercise room are frequently praised; lobby Keurig, in-room fridge and decent TV are positives. Minor complaints about toiletries packaging and occasional sparse breakfast items do not dominate.
Value for Money
8.5
Many guests call it 'excellent value' or 'cheap cost' for one-night stops; isolated complaint about a high rate ($225) reduces score slightly but overall seen as good value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is repeatedly highlighted as 'great', 'delicious' and 'full hot breakfast' with rotating items—a few guests found it 'yucky' but the majority praise the breakfast program.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall positive sentiment with many guests recommending the property and indicating they'd stay again thanks to friendly staff, cleanliness and good breakfast; location and some room/amenity issues temper a perfect score.
