Emplacement idéal, personnel top !
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à l’écart du centre sans être trop éloigné.
La gentillesse du personnel qui nous a proposé une autre chambre suite à notre demande

Beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs le soir/nuit, mal isolé

Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo, camere pulite e accoglienti, piscina, biliardo, biciclette a disposizione. Colazione ricca

Cons:

Camere piccoline, un po' trascurata la manutenzione (la porta del bagno non si chiudeva) ma nel complesso nessun problema

Highly recommended little gem
Pros:

Great value for money, fantastic people, amazing location

Cons:

It's not so much something I didn't like, it's just that it's only what looked like a family running the whole thing so you might feel bad asking them for stuff because you know that the security guy is also the maintenance guy and the receptionist is also the cleaner or the cook or whatever

新しい建物でリーズナブルな価格でしたが、毎朝おいしい朝食がついていて新鮮な野菜フルーツを食べることができます。ニンビンのにぎやかなエリアからは少し離れているので、夜は静かでよく眠れました。徒歩圏内においしいレストランやカフェ、マーケットがあります。無料で自転車を借りることができます。スタッフの人は、いつも困っていることがないか、快適に過ごせているか気にしてくださっていました。

Très bon hôtel en janvier, location de vélo gratuit. Proche du centre sans en avoir le bruit.
Pros:

La chambre magnifique, et du chauffage ! Car on est fin janvier et ce n'est pas partout que l'on a ce privilège ! Très bien situé.

Room 302 has some defects: the bathroom door does not close at all, the fan is broken, airco blows only hot air, toilet seat is loose and wardrobe falls apart. This should be addressed adequately.

Equipo amable, limpio y buen desayuno
Pros:

La ubicación en un lugar lejano del ruido del centro, el desayuno buffet muy rico con fruta fresca, huevos, café recién hecho, noodles y otras opciones vegetarianas. Bicicletas para usar y poder recorrer el área, la recepcionista nos recibió súper bien y el resto del equipo fueron todos muy amables. La habitación y baño estaban muy limpios y nos dejaron una bolsita con toallas y café/te el segundo día. La verdad que relación calidad/precio estuvo muy bien!!

Pros:

Camera bellissima, ottima posizione e staff gentilissimo. Nonostante il nostro bus ci avesse scaricato con 3 ore di anticipo nel mezzo della notte (4 am) in centro a Ninh Binh, e ciò non era programmato, lo staff ci ha fatto salire in anticipo in camera a dormire completamente gratis. Le bici gratuite per girare la città sono fondamentali. Letti larghi e comodi. Molto pulito
