Blue River Condos 3 Bed 2 Bath

Quaint cabin like feel, peaceful and quiet.

Beds were squeaky. Fireplace didn't work even after following the instructions. 2nd bathroom was conjusted - shower was extremely small, no place to put the soap on, can barely move around in the shower. The unit did have beautiful views though. We were three male adults so the stay worked out but we felt it would be a very conjusted unit if family with kids and pets were to stay here.

The property is nestled in a great area. It's not in town and a nature lover has many options in the area to spend the day

Furniture was pretty dated, but the property was well kept and was just fine for our stay.

What I didn't like: The door with the smart lock, for entry, is in the master bedroom. It's on the door knob, and not on the deadbolt. (deadbolt requires a key which we were not given) My wife unknowingly locked the deadbolt (habit), and then we all left out the front door for dinner. When we got back at 10pm, we realized that the smart lock on the knob was fine, but the deadbolt locked us out.

We called after hours support and were told that we would have to pay for a locksmith. Night maintenance/support said "Hey, I'm trying to help you. I didn't lock the door you did." While true, it's crap service, and horrible planning. You, the management company, manage vacation rentals, but don't have access to a set of keys? And with a setup like that, how could you not foresee this happening?

One guy, 5 minutes on the phone, and he couldn't be bothered to help. Very disappointing.

The restrooms were a bit dirty as if someone had explosion diarrhea, and not to mention the items on the wall and top of toilet dusty. On two of the pillows looked like someone had drooled on the bed and it wasn't changed.

Very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean!

Property was nice. We felt safe and it was easy check in.

Coffee pot was dirty, dishes were dirty and the fireplace didn't work. (Insert sad face here).

Beds were comfortable.

The views were nice the place was superclean and everything that i expected

Perfect for our group size! Comfy and cozy! Bedding was fantastic and lots of comfy towels! Fully equipped kitchen

The condo was great close to all the weekend adventures

i ended up going down hwy 9 south and got a much better deal for my $.

Nowhere in the booking was it stated only one vehicle was allowed. Nor did it say that to pick up the key information was a 45 minute drive to Silverthorne and back. The unit itself was dated and dirty in areas. Dishes were put into cabinets unclean.
