Nice room.

Cons:

Somehow our pet did not get on the reservation and staff accused us of 'not disclosing' our pet. No one had asked when we checked in. There was a $25 per night pet fee they had to add to our bill.

Pros:

Clean, good location, good sized room. Nice staff. Beautiful old lodge.

Cons:

Older facility could use updating. No breakfast option on site but there’s plenty of food and good breakfast nearby.

Pros:

Most favorably impressive staff members. All were very prompt, helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Excellent rooms with perfect beds and showers. Quiet low key atmosphere for a most relaxing stay. Highly rated for good reason.

This is a great hotel with great staff and clean accomodations!
Pros:

This was our second stay and just a great property! Friendly staff, very nicely kept hotel with clean accomodations.

Cons:

Only had one towel in a two queen room but clearly an oversight that was quickly rectified.

Great Smokies Adventure
Pros:

The motel was very clean, close to everything Cherokee has to offer, and parking was right outside your door.

Cons:

The morning we were leaving the fire alarm in our room kept going off. A young man from the office came after it went off the second time and took it down.
