Pros:

The location of this establishment is excellent, it is within walking distance to many good restaurants. The staff are always attentive and courteous. The rooms are clean! I've stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased. I definitely recommend The Great Smokies Inn.

Me & my son was there for the fishing tournament. Great location. Staff was nice.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast but the location was great.

Cons:

Every thing was good no complaints or changes recommend.

Great stay in a comfortable room.
Pros:

Clean and quiet room. Room was bigger than most hotels I've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and the one time we didn't they were more than happy to accommodate. Having a guest laundry was also a nice convenience.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the ice machine was out of order. I had to go to the second floor to get ice.
