Schöne Auszeit
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Positionen!
Zimmer im Neubau sehr schön - mit kleinen Planungsfehlern ;-)
Abendessen war sehr gut - etwas mehr Mut beim Würzen ;-)
Schöne Therme, Thermengang etwas lang, aber durchaus praktisch.

Cons:

Beleuchtung im Zimmer: da hat sich wer Gedanken gemacht, alles sehr ansprechend, ABER: so gut, wie der Bewegungsmelder im Bodenbereich gemeint ist (im Dunkeln ins Bad) - er schlägt bei JEDER Bewegung an und das Licht ist dann sehr hell. Wir haben keine Möglichkeit gefunden, ihn lahm zu legen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt würde ich ihn wohl irgendwie überdecken. Vielleicht kann man da noch was an der Einstellung ändern?
Im schönen Badezimmer ohne Duschwand wird leider alles unter Wasser gesetzt, wenn jemand ausgiebig duscht
Alle Wege sind insgesamt etwas weit - viiiiieeeele Brandschutztüren - aber das ist halt bei Zubauten so....

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit extrem freundlichem Personal. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, inkl Bad, welches zwar klein ist, aber dafür auch schnell warm 😉
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und auf individuelle Wünsche der Gäste wurde auf Nachfrage eingegangen.

Pros:

Außergewöhnlich war die Aufmerksamkeit und die Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen. Sowohl an der Reception als auch im Restaurant. Die Zimmer waren tadellos - auch die MitarbeiterInnen im Zimmerdienst leisten sicher sehr gute Arbeit. Die Möglichkeit, auf eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten (aus Umwelt- und wohl auch aus Kostengründen) haben wir gerne angenommen.

Cons:

Dass im Restaurant für Leitungswasser - zusätzlich zu Wein oder Saft - ein doch nicht ganz geringer Betrag verrechnet wird, trübte unseren Aufenthalt nun nicht wirklich. Ist aber einem Haus mit diesem Niveau auch nicht wirklich angemessen und eigentlich unwürdig.

Wir hatten wunderschöne neue Suiten, in allen Details sehr durchdacht und funktional! Sehr nettes Personal! Der (etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige) direkte Zugang zur Therme.

Cons:

Das in der Vollpension angebotene Mittagsbüffet bietet neben dem Salatbüffet eher eine Wiederholung vom Frühstück und Vorspeisen vom Vortag. Jammern auf hohem Niveau…
