Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay at B&B HOTEL. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.

I made a mistake with my payment, and they were very understanding and promptly refunded me. I also missed breakfast one morning, and they kindly offered to prepare a breakfast box and bring it to my room, which I really appreciated.

The hotel itself is very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The cleaning service was also very good, and the staff checked every day to make sure I had everything I needed.

Overall, I had a very good experience and felt well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

A clean and tidy hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights as part of our tour round Italy. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The air conditioning was great! The only thing we found is that it was quite a bit out of town but the tram was close by.

Pros:

Emplacement pratique proche de la gare Termini, personnel sympathique et serviable. Hôtel propre.

Cons:

Chambre bruyante (circulation extérieure), petit déjeuner un peu décevant (beaucoup de produits industriels) alors que l’hôtel s’en vente.

Good place to stay
Pros:

We were a family of four - 2 bedrooms. Nice and clean. Good air con in very hot weather! Clean.
Close to three bus stops, two direct to Trevi/Travestere/Termini and Vatican. Also on Tram route
Some good, small, local bars.
Nice restaurants in San Lorenzo
Good location - about 25mins from Termini.
